Hola amigos de HIVE, Les presentos mis vacas.
Estas son las vacas de mi campo, se llaman cachito, princesa, paraulata, guabina, arequipe y cara negra. Aquí como pueden apreciar vemos a las vacas echándoles alimento, para que coman y así producir más leche.
These are the cows of my field, they are called cachito, princess, paraulata, guabina, arequipe and black face. Here, as you can see, we see the cows feeding them, so that they eat and thus produce more milk.
El alimento que se le da a las vacas se llama Pico de Maíz molido, a ellas les encanta mucho este Alimento, ya que contienen muchas proteínas, vitaminas y minerales.
The food that is given to the cows is called Ground Corn Beak, they love this Food very much, since they contain many proteins, vitamins and minerals.
Las vacas se ordeñan todas las mañanas, de lunes a domingo, esta faena del Llano es fuerte ya que lo es todos los días, además de eso, se vacunan, se bañan para no atraer a ningún roedor que las moleste.
The cows are milked every morning, from Monday to Sunday, this task of the Llano is strong since it is every day, in addition to that, they are vaccinated, they bathe so as not to attract any rodent that bothers them.
Se acerca el ciclo de invierno, en este próximo mes de mayo y lo bueno es que producen más leche, porque hay suficiente pasto para que estén bien alimentados.

Con la leche de estas Vacas se produce el Queso Llanero, se elabora suero, parranda y natillas, de la misma forma se hacen arroz con leche, arroz con coco, Arequipe, Dulce de leche, todo esto es un manjar.
With the milk of these cows the Llanero Cheese is produced, whey, parranda and custard are made, in the same way they make rice pudding, rice with coconut, Arequipe, Dulce de leche, all this is a delicacy.
