Good afternoon, everyone!
In March of this year, I sowed the seeds of some flowers in the window boxes, in the hope that they will grow. The spring was long and cool. Perhaps this is the reason that not all plants have sprouted. I was glad when the first seedlings and leaves of nasturtiums appeared. Nasturtiums are annual and perennial herbaceous plants with branched, succulent stems and bright, colorful inflorescences. I love the delicate fragrance of the flowers. I've been watching the flower grow. Here are some pictures.
Leaves and the first bud of the nasturtium.
The flower has bloomed.
You can see the pistil and stamens

The flower was pollinated by flies and bees. I wish I had time to capture this moment.
When the flowers bloom, I'll collect the seeds. 😀 🌱
Enjoy!

Thanks for your time!
Yes! I collect seeds too! I still have some marigolds to cast throughout the gardens. It fills in the empty spaces at the end of the summer into fall.
I love the sweet color of these delicate beauties. I have some in my garden also. Your close-up shots are gorgeous!
