[ESP-ENG-]Connection with nature

The relationship of human beings with the natural world How has it been since childhood, or if it has been learned along the way?

My relationship with the natural world has always been very good, since I was a little girl my grandmother taught me to take care of nature. Every afternoon when the sunlight came down, my grandmother would water her plants, clean the leaves, remove the dry ones, and she would tell me: "Daughter, plants feel, so we cannot mistreat them, we must take care of them, when you grow up and have your house, never forget to have your garden, but if you are going to have it, you must take care of it, never neglect them, just as you eat every day and drink water, and bathe, dress yourself and we take care of you, so they will need your care"

I have had my garden, I accept that sometimes due to lack of time or illness and I have been resting, especially when I got the Covid-19, my poor garden dried up, but when I regained my strength, I was able to recover it again, even though the rabbit had eaten several of them

Every day my grandmother would take me to preschool, on that walk she would always teach me about life, she would show me the orchids that had fallen to the ground, and it would cause me pain to see those poor little flowers lying on the ground being so beautiful, and I would get crestfallen because of that, and my grandmother would say to me: "Raise your head": "And when I was about to look up, my eyes would get big, looking at the orchids that were attached to the trees, what beautiful flowers, I could also contemplate the trees with their best fruits, and I would see the flowers, and I could also contemplate the trees with their best fruits

image.png

Because of those beautiful flowers that I was missing because I was looking at the ones that were fallen on the ground, my grandmother used to tell me: "That's why you always have to raise your head, because sometimes we walk around with our heads down with our heads stuck in the ground like ostriches, as if looking for a $100 bill on the ground, well! at that time she used to tell me: "looking for a little medium"

I learned from that teaching that my grandmother gave me, that I must see the sky, those gifts that God gives me. In life we spend our time distracted by problems and other things, and we lose what is really important

image.png

To see nature is to see the face of God, nature has the language of Love and the language of life, every day the sun rises and seeks to lift us up, filling our room with clarity, telling us: "that life has given us another chance, that we should get up and start shining with the light we carry inside"

image.png

Each bird that sings every day without worrying if it will have food to eat later gives me that great teaching, that I sing even if I have problems, that I do not allow them to overwhelm me and turn off my singing, that I dress in my best colorful suit just as the birds do every day that with their singing warn me that a new day has arrived

The sky shows us the greatness of God, that we all live under the same sky, the sun rises for everyone and the moon rises for everyone, the important thing is to decide to "live every day"

image.png

I love to see the rain fall, how it soaks the earth, the rain cleans and purifies, that although we often feel cloudy inside as well as a rainy day, we must know that the sun will come out again and that rain will allow new fruits and flowers to grow, like those that my grandmother taught me in my childhood

image.png

I love nature that every day tells me about God, teaches me something for my life and always has something to give me, so we must take care of it, and teach our future generations to take care of it too
