No hay una mejor sensacion que respirar aire limpio en la montaña, creci en el campo me habitue a la simplicidad de las cosas, en mis tiempos libre me gusta escalar montañas! mi hermana tambien es adicta a este hobbie, hoy quiero crear un post que muestre lo bonito de la naturaleza, ademas de practicar mi fotografia! por tanto aprendes mucho de la montaña!🗻🌋
Today I wanted to reach a mountain that had given me many difficulties in climbing it, it is very steep and even if you are well prepared if it rains there is no way to reach the top! So I took advantage of my day off, I called my sister to get to the top! as I go up I am photographing the landscape that never ceases to amaze me! many believe that living here is boring for me it is the opposite! there are always interesting things to see!🙂🙂
Hoy quise llegar a una montaña que me habia dado muchas dificultades en escalarla, es muy empinada y aunque vayas bien preparado si llueve no hay forma de llegar a la cima! por lo que aproveche en mi dia libre llame a mi hermana para llegar a la cima! mientras voy subiendo voy fotografiando el paisaje que nunca me deja de sorprender! muchos creen que vivir aqui es aburrido para mi es lo contrario! siempre hay cosas interesantes que ver!🤩🤗🤔
As I walk to the sides I find a landscape full of beautiful flowers and small houses, everyone has what they need, you do not live in excess! here consumerism does not exist! I think how can someone get stressed in this environment? no noise of cars, no noisy neighbors, basically it is to enjoy the song of birds and the scent of flowers!😁😁
Mientras camino a los lados me consigo con un paisaje lleno de hermosas flores y pequeñas casas, todos tienen lo que necesitan, no se vive en exceso! aqui el consumismo no existe! pienso como puede alguien estresarse en este ambiente? sin ruido de carros, sin vecinos ruidosos, basicamente es deleitarse con el canto de las aves y el aroma de las flores!😲🌼🌻🌺
A colorful landscape where monotony has no place on the mountain! that black color of the asphalt on your feet is replaced by the dust of the roads that lead to rustic and inhospitable places! in the sky you hear hundreds of insects, mainly bees that pass through the air very fast trying to pollinate as many flowers!😋😋

Life in the mountains becomes self-sustaining, you only need water and if you want electricity you can get the rest from the land, the land is rich in nutrients and most of the people who live here have their crops, some use agriculture as work, others as daily food! the truth is that you don't need to go to the supermarket! everything is in your garden!😶😏
La vida en la montaña se vuelve autosustentable, solo necesitas agua y si quieres electricidad el resto puedes conseguirlo de la tierra, la tierra es rica en nutrientes y la mayoria de las personas que viven aqui tienen sus siembras, algunas emplean la agricultura como trabajo, otros como alimento diario! lo cierto es que no necesitas ir al supermercado! todo esta en tu jardin!🤩👨🌾👩🌾
When I go up I adapt to the conditions of the terrain my heart begins to beat faster and I feel the adrenaline rush in my veins, to help relax my body I take breaks and I take photos, Portugal is a beautiful country that many times has been chosen as the best tourist destination in Europe! and it's all because of its beautiful and warm weather!🙂🙂
Cuando voy subiendo me voy adaptando a las condiciones del terreno mi corazon comienza a latir mas rapido y siento correr la adrenalina en mis venas, para ayudar a relajar mi cuerpo me tomo pausas y voy tomando fotos, Portugal es un hermoso pais que muchas veces ha sido escogido como mejor destino turistico de europa! y todo es por su hermoso y calido clima!🚙🚩🌍🧭

En este punto el camino se estrecha y se hacia mucho mas duro de caminar, dejaba las casas atras y comenzaba a subir la montaña por lo que pude investigar esta montaña tiene unos 300 metros de altura aproximadamente, no es muy alta pero como el pueblo se encuentra en un valle da la impresion de ser mucho mas alta! es una zona de areas verdes protegida, que en ciertas temporada se permite la caza de palomas!🌄🌄

Eucalyptus trees are very common in Portugal for several reasons, their growth is much faster than other large trees, they are more resistant to forest fires, it is something that happens very often in the country in summer! so the government is always planting eucalyptus trees in protected areas annually!🌴🌳🌳🌲

I know it will be a bit strange comparison but setting a goal like climbing a small mountain is something that helps your personal motivation and raises your self-esteem! If you are in those days where everything goes wrong, remember there is always a mountain to climb! savor the success, and from here I can see the top! a few minutes to go! but it is the hardest part of the climb it is very steep so much that I saw people climbing with mountaineering equipment!
Se que sera una comparacion un poco extraña pero colocarse un objetivo como escalar una pequeña montaña es algo que ayuda a tu motivacion personal y te eleva el autoestima! si estas en esos dias donde todo te sale mal, recuerda siempre hay una montaña para escalar! saborea el exito, y desde aqui consigo ver la cima! ya faltan unos pocos minutos! pero es la parte mas dura de la escalada es muy empinada tanto que vi personas subir con equipo de alpinismo!

After a 45 minute walk I managed to reach the top of the mountain! And boy was it worth the effort a spectacular view, I shook my sister's hand and she all smiling and tired haha gave a big scream! I only heard the echo! as if the mountain had a life of its own!👨👩
Luego de una caminata de 45 minutos consegui llegar a la cima de la montaña! y vaya que valio la pena el esfuerzo una espectacular vista, di un apreton de mano a mi hermana y ella toda sonriente y cansada haha dio un gran grito! solo se escucho el eco!!! como si la montaña tuviera vida propia! 💥💖💯✅
