This is my first post of 2022, after a healthy break from the computer and social media, doing what I love most discovering and enjoying nature and being with family.
Este es mi primera publicación del 2022, luego de un sano descanso de la computadora y las redes sociales, haciendo lo que más me gusta descubriendo y disfrutando la naturaleza y estar en familia.
I share with you my first walk on the beach, as an entry to the theme #1/1/22.
Comparto con ustedes mi primer paseo por la playa, como entrada a la temática del #1/1/22.
We usually visit the beach the first week of January, as a way to start the year with good energy and also to relax, after a New Year's Eve with fireworks and pyrotechnics, which are not to my liking because of the pollution (sonic, air and solid waste) and its impact on the health mainly of the elderly, pets and wild animals (dogs, cats, birds among others).
Acostumbramos visitar la playa la primera semana de Enero, como una forma de iniciar el año con buena energía y también para relajarnos, luego de un fin de año con fuegos artificiales y pirotécnicos, que no son de mi agrado por los por la contaminación (sónica, aire y desechos sólidos) y sus impactos en la salud principalmente de los adultos mayores, animales domésticos y silvestre (perros, gatos, aves entro otros).
We went to a beach before 9 am, because it is a time when there are few people, so it is practically for us only, making it a heavenly place to feel the peaceful energy of nature, in the refreshing caress and quality of the salty air, the melody of the movement of the waves, the soft sand in contact with the skin activating the senses, a paradise to relax and feel good all-round, physically and mentally.
Fuimos a una playa antes de las 9 am, porque es un horario de poco afluencia de personas, de esta manera está prácticamente para nosotros solamente, convirtiéndose en un lugar celestial para sentir la plácida energía de la naturaleza, en la caricia refrescante y calidad del aire salobre, la melodía del movimientos de las olas, la suave arena en contacto con la piel activando los sentidos, un paraíso para relajarse y sentirse bien integral, física y mentalmente.
The simplicity and hospitality of the landscape highlights the generosity and wonder of nature in all its expressions, inviting us to connect with the environment and also to introspection. It is a great experience!
La sencillez y hospitalidad del paisaje resalta lo generoso y maravilloso de la naturaleza en todas sus expresiones, invitándonos a conectarnos con el ambiente y también a la introspección. Es grandiosa la experiencia!
I love to do breathing exercises, meditation and relax lying on the sand, the self-massage with the sand on my back and neck is delightful.
Me encanta realizar ejercicios de respiración, meditación y relajarme acostándome en la arena, es delicioso el automasaje con la arena en la espalda y cuello.
In silence, looking at the horizon, infinite, changing, is wonderful.... close your eyes and feel the smell and taste of the sea is indescribable. I forget everything, there is no time, no hurry, nothing..... Nature and I.... ah and of course my dear and patiently Alfonso, watching the environment for security reasons.
En silencio, mirar el horizonte, infinito, cambiante, es maravilloso.... cerrar los ojos y sentir el olor y sabor a mar es indescriptible. Me olvido de todo, no hay tiempo, ni apuros, nada..... La naturaleza y yo.... ah y por supuesto mi querido y pacientemente Alfonso, vigilando el entorno por razones de seguridad.
The warm, fine sand provides a divine foot massage, all senses enraptured in a simple and unique way.
La tibia y fina arena proporciona un masaje divino en los pies, todos los sentidos extasiados de manera sencilla y única.
The immense and mysterious sea shows its astonishing divinity with a palette of intense blues and gentle waves decorated with white foam that invites you to take a dip. .... is truly provocative!
El inmenso y misterioso mar muestra su asombrosa divinidad con una paleta de azules intenso y dóciles olas decoradas con blanca espuma que invita a darse un chapuzón....en verdad provoca!
After feeling relaxed, I start my walk along the beach feeling the cool breeze on my face, and the greeting of the playful waves that invite me to have fun splashing my clothes, and originating laughter remembering the childhood games.
Después de sentirme relajada, inicio mi caminata por la playa sintiendo la fresca brisa en la cara, y el saludo de las juguetonas olas que invitan a divertirme salpicando mi ropa, y originando risas recordando los juegos infantiles.
The footprints in the sand are erased by the waves, as a poetic image of the importance of leaving the past behind and moving forward, a good message to start the year with optimism, intention and action to achieve our goals, that's right!
Las huellas en la arena son borradas por las olas, como una poética imagen de la importancia de dejar atrás el pasado y continuar adelante, buen mensaje para iniciar el año acompañándolo con el optimismo, intención y acción para lograr nuestros objetivos, así es!
We return home grateful, happy and excited to continue living in peace, harmony with love and respect for ourselves, family, society and the whole planet, and sharing with you in Hive.
Regresamos a nuestro hogar agradecido, felices y con entusiasmo de seguir viviendo en paz, armonía con amor y respeto por nosotros, la familia, la sociedad y el planeta entero, compartiendo con ustedes en Hive.

El mar es una fuenta infinita de energía que disfruto cada vez que puedo. Regreso a casa feliz de disfrutar el paisaje marino.

Hermosa experiencia, el mar siempre nos trae cosas lindas. Aquí estoy añorando volver a la playa después de tanto tiempo sólo en casa y en el Occidente de Venezuela.
