It’s really amazing when nature produce for us excellent quality coffee. I am excited to share with you some photos of coffee fruits I took in my own farm. The coffee is arabica. Arabica coffee is growing in highlands. I am so grateful to live in Gayo Highlands of Aceh Province where arabica coffee grow very well here. The altitude for arabica coffee is 1400 meters and more above the sea level. And the highest land of Gayo Highlands is about 1700 meters.
As we look at the pictures, coffee fruits are not all ripe yet. Most of them are still green. We have to wait for about one more month to pick them up. We usually do hand picking in the harvest time.
The coffee trees in my farm are growing well and healthy. The fruits are so many in the clusters. We are now here in the rain season. It’s so good for coffee fruits to be ripe well.
You know, some coffee in your cups are from here. Have you ever heard of Sumatra Coffee? Most of them are from Gayo Highlands. Arabica coffee from Gayo is known with low acidity, fruity hints in taste, balanced body and high score of long aftertaste when cupping test.

Thanks. We will have big harvest this season. The price of coffee could be expensive this year as Brazilian coffee got frost, when the temperature dropped a few months ago..
That's bad news for me as a coffee lover. On the other hand, it won't make me.drink less coffee 😄

Is quite confusing, the red and green cherry 🍒.from me I see both are very unique and sweet from the looking, but the confusing part is that which of the colour show is rape and whoh one is good for benefits of good health, pleas elaborate more on the colour pls.

The reddest the coffee, the best taste will be. And some studies have shown benefit of coffee for health. I would make a post regarding it in the future.
