There is nothing better than natural, to feed our animals and ourselves. I see that you take good care of your animals, that's perfect, and I love the idea of feeding them with fresh legume sprouts. This technique is also applied to feed corn sprouts to the chickens, you make planting beds a week apart, to ensure that there is always a supply. Greetings.
Thank you @sirenhippie. I didn't have photos of our chickens but, yes they also get sprouts. I actually have a bucket of mixed seed that I sprout for them. I also plant chicken garden and they feed through the fence. Mustard lettuce, broccoli, kale, buckwheat etc
