EARTH IS LESS GREENER NOW

Hello Amazing nature community..

This is an entry to the #Amazingnature community thematic challenge #7/2.
As it is described in the contest description ,the topic is not pleasant one but so much relevant in the present scenario. "DEVASTATION" is something should be addressed in higher frequency.

The growing amount of waste disposal can always cause substantial impact on ecosystem. Garbage, even by incinerating can have exorbitant impact on the environment. Negative nature impact from improper waste dumping can be easily observed everywhere in the developing world. Industrialization and urbanization are a vital waste management crisis which give way to all types of pollution
In our locality, mother nature is spoiled so much by the inefficient solid waste management system.

My place,
it is located in the southern part of INDIA (kerala). Kerala is one of the emerging states in india. Even though, when it comes to waste management it is not so progressive. Kothamangalam is known as the gate to high range. One of the main problem in our locality is solid waste management. Due to the lack of a proper waste management system, people are throwing waste to the open nature and the air around it stinks.

These pollutants must be removed and managed efficiently in order to make the earth sustainable for future generations.
Plastic is the greatest danger to nature. People should practice the Reduce-Reuse-Recycle concept widely.

I have done a documentary video on this topic. But the language used is 'Malayalam', my native language. Hopes the images convey my message. The narration in the video is done by my mother, Praveena Harish.

THANK YOU

Thank you for entering the competition.
You seem to be the only one who dared to address this issue.
Your documentary is very informative and should be seen by as many people as possible.

This is probably one of the worst issues humanity is facing. We have made a lot of garbage without knowing how to dispose them. It's sad how many ecosystems have been destroyed thanks to humans.

Disposal World is going to haunt us for a long time to come, we have damaged our rivers, seas, now seeing more waste sites that are not controlled.

What we have started is when seeing dumping taking place take a photograph of the person, give it to local newspaper to show everyone how not to live!

Good content that needs to be discussed!
