Buen inicio de semana HIVERS, como saben cada lunes tenemos la oportunidad de mostrar nuestras costuras en @needleworkmonday. Hoy les traigo un tutorial muy especial junto a mi mami, vamos hacer un títere de Mickey Mouse, entonces sin esperar más ve por los materiales: tela roja, blanca y negra, pinturas, tijeras, hilos, pega, cerámica en polvo o en pasta, bolas de anime y carton para la cabeza y orejas, elástico, fieltro para las manos y el patrón del traje también se los entrego acá.

Today I bring you a very special tutorial with my mom, we are going to make a Mickey Mouse puppet, so without waiting anymore go for the materials: red, white and black fabric, paints, scissors, threads, glue, ceramic powder or paste, anime balls and cardboard for the head and ears, elastic, felt for the hands and the pattern of the costume I show you here.
Primero armamos la cabeza, pegamos el cuello y las orejas hechos de cartón, como indica la imagen, luego preparas la mezcla de cerámica y le pones las capas suficientes hasta que la cabeza esté en buena forma, este proceso te puede llevar un día porque debes esperar que sequen las capas.
First we assemble the head, glue the neck and ears made of cardboard, as the image shows, then you prepare the ceramic mixture and put enough layers until the head is in good shape, this process can take a day because you must wait for the drying.
Mientras, hacemos el traje de nuestro títere de Mickey Mouse, cortamos las piezas de tela usando el patrón, este lo pueden ajustar según las medidas de la mano y el brazo de quien vaya a usar el títere. Como el traje es de 2 colores tendríamos 4 piezas en total, 2 negras y 2 rojas, recuerda cortar 2 círculos blancos para los botones.
Meanwhile, we make the costume of our Mickey Mouse puppet, cut the pieces of fabric using the pattern, this can be adjusted according to the measures of the hand and arm of the person who will use the puppet. we would have 4 pieces in total, 2 black and 2 red, remember to cut 2 white circles for the buttons.
Unamos las piezas, te recomiendo coser el elástico del cuello primero. Yo armé la camisa primero, pegando las manitos en cada brazo, luego cosí el faldón y después los uní cosiendo con los derechos enfrentados. Por último cose el ruedo, quita los excesos y dale vuelta, listo el traje.
Let's put the pieces together, I recommend sewing the neck elastic first. I assembled the shirt first, stitching the little hands on each arm, then I sewed the skirt and joined them by sewing the rights in front. Finally, I sew the hem, remove the excesses and turn it over, ready the suit.
¡Hey aquí está mi mami pintando la carita de Mickey! Es increíble como logra darle los gestos a los títeres, es una maestra en el asunto. Tiene el truco de hacer plantillas para los ojitos, así le quedan iguales.
