This dress is especially for my niece, since I haven't seen her in a few months and I'll be visiting her very soon. I didn't want to arrive empty-handed. Thinking about what to bring her, I had an idea and looked through my scraps for colors that would match a fabric I had bought a long time ago and had stored away. I didn't want to make her something ordinary, since we always buy and sew with new fabrics. I wanted to add more color to this patterned fabric and wasn't sure whether to combine it with white or blue, until I got a beautiful result with purple. Then I got creative and started combining colors, cutting squares and joining them to achieve a lovely result. Here's how to make this beautiful dress.
