Diaper dispenser
Today I made a diaper bag to decorate the room of baby Adrian Mathias who will soon be born. This is a gift I want to make to Camila who became pregnant very young and now we all want to help her. I am making several beautiful things that little by little I will be showing you.
There are many shapes of diaper bags or diaper dispensers, what varies is the fabrics, the color or the shape; these diaper bags are very good for keeping order in the baby's room and they also serve to decorate with that beautiful name they gave the baby. I wanted to get out of the traditional model today and show them a more creative model that sets the standard.
Materials to use
This diaper bag is made from scraps that I have kept over time, with the firm thought that someday I will use them to make something for a special being and that day I arrive, so without much expense or budget this beauty has come out, so I always invite you not to waste or send everything to the trash and see why. come with me to make it.
- Rectangle of a 32 cms. x 23 cms. cardboard
- Pieces of cloth in white, doll's cloth and royal blue.
- 1/2 meter of Vichy fabric.
- Threads, needles, scissors.
- tape measure and sewing machine.
Indications
- We cut a square of white pique of 30 cms. x 35 cms.
- On this fabric you must cut the applications that you are going to place and fix them with hand stitches.
-The main piece is one meter long and 35 cms. wide in total, but if you want to cut it bigger you can do it. Here you must play with the colors or if you have a fabric with a print you can place it so that it stands out in front.
Measure the main piece and cut a strip in blue Vichy fabric to place as a lining on the back.
Join both fabrics at the sides leaving the top completely open for turning.
- Turn and fix the hanging strips and pass the seam straight to put everything together at once to form the diaper bag.
Finishing touches
- Make a 34 cm x 25 cm cover to introduce the cardboard that will give body to the diaper bag. Place the cover inside the project and that's it.
- As you can see, everything was calculated so that when the cover was placed, the printed fabric dolls would be in that place.
As you can see, everything is left to the imagination. Being the first one in my life, I skipped the step of embroidering before assembling the diaper bag, since it is worked with more delicacy and ease, but it still looks beautiful.

Little by little I will be showing you the things that I am elaborating for Adrián Mathias, although they are details made with things that I had kept in the house, I am elaborating them with much LOVE and that is what really matters. Dispensador de pañales
Hoy he elaborado un porta pañales para decorar el cuarto del bebé Adrián Mathias que pronto nacerá, este es un regalo que quiero hacer para Camila quien quedó embarazada muy joven y ahora entre todos la queremos ayudar. Yo le estoy elaborando varias cosas hermosas que poco a poco les voy a ir mostrando.
Hay muchas formas de pañaleras o dispensador de pañales, lo que varía es las telas, el color o la forma; estos porta pañales son muy buenos para mantener el orden en la habitación del bebé y además sirve para decorar con ese hermoso nombre que le pusieron al bebé. Yo me quise salir hoy del modelo tradicional y así mostrarles un modelo más creativo que marque la pauta.
Materiales a utilizar
Esta pañalera está hecha a base de retazos que he guardado durante el tiempo, con el firme pensamiento de que algún día me van a servir para realizar algo para un ser especial y ese día llego, así que sin mucho gasto ni presupuesto ha salido esta belleza, por eso siempre las invito a no desperdiciar ni enviar todo a la basura y a verán por qué. acompáñenme a elaborarla.
- Rectángulo de un cartón de 32 cms. x 23 cms.
- Retazos de tela en colores blancos, tela de muñequitos y azul rey.
- 1/2 metro de tela Vichy.
- Hilos, agujas, tijeras.
- cinta métrica y máquina de coser.
Indicaciones
- Cortamos un cuadrado de piqué Blanco de 30 cms. x 35 cms.
- Sobre esta tela debes cortar las aplicaciones que le vayas a colocar y fijarlas con puntadas a mano.
-La pieza principal mide un metro de largo y 35 cms. de ancho en total, pero si la quieres cortar más grande lo puedes hacer. Aquí debes jugar con los colores o si tienes unas telas con estampado la colocas de manera que resalte en el frente.
Mide la pieza principal y corta una franja en tela Vichy azul para colocarla como forro en la parte posterior.
Une ambas telas por los costados dejando la parte superior abierta por completo para voltear.
- Voltea y fija las tiras de colgar y pasa costura recta para juntar todo de una vez y formar la pañalera.
Toques finales
- Haz una funda de 34 cms x 25 cms. para introducir el cartón que le dará cuerpo a la pañalera. Coloca la funda dentro del proyecto y listo.
- Como pueden ver todo quedó calculado para que al colocar la funda quedaran los muñecos de la tela estampada en ese lugar.
Como ven todo queda a la imaginación, por ser la primera que hago en mi vida me salté el paso de bordar antes de armar la pañalera ya que se trabaja con mas delicadeza y facilidad, pero aun así quedo hermosa.
