Hoy les quiero compartir este trabajo de costura, el cual realice obligada por mi nieta porque quería un pijama con esa tela de peluche como le dice ella.
Así que bueno, no me quedó de otra que tomar un pijama que era de la tía y le corté las piernas, dejándolo como un shorts para ella y con las partes de las piernas poderle hacer el pijama a la niña.
Trabajo que me llevo poco tiempo, ya que el cortar y marcar el diseño básico del pijama se hace en poco tiempo... Lo que se llevó más tiempo fue la costura, ya que lo hice a mano porque no tengo máquina de coser.
Y aunque ahora no lo hago mucho, antes les hacía su ropita de casa... pero al final a ella le gustó mucho su pijama.

Today I want to share this sewing project with you, which I did because my granddaughter insisted on making pajamas out of that plush fabric, as she calls it.
So, I had no choice but to take a pair of pajamas that belonged to her aunt and cut off the legs, leaving them as shorts for her. Then I used the leg pieces to make the pajamas for the little girl.
This project didn't take me long, since cutting and marking the basic pajama pattern is quick. What took longer was the sewing, as I did it by hand because I don't have a sewing machine.
And although I don't do it much anymore, I used to make her loungewear... but in the end, she really liked her pajamas.
Para su elaboración usé los siguientes materiales:
- Tela reciclada
- Tijera, marcador, agujas e hilo de coser
- Cinta elástica, botón y lazo de cinta.
I used the following materials to make it:
- Recycled fabric
- Scissors, marker, needles and sewing thread
- Elastic band, button and ribbon bow.

- Lo primero que hice antes de cortas las piernas y descoser, fué enhebrar varias agujas y tenerlas lista, ya que no me gusta mucho.
The first thing I did before cutting off the legs and unpicking was to thread several needles and have them ready, since I don't like sewing very much.
- Teniendo las dos piezas, las coloco de las partes revés y marco con el lapicero por dónde cortar. Sacando las dos partes.
- With both pieces in hand, I place them face down and mark with a pencil where to cut. Then I remove both pieces.
- Luego comienzo a coser, primero la parte central. Después abro las partes y procedo a coser las piernas del pijama.
Then I start sewing, first the central part. After that, I open the pieces and proceed to sew the legs of the pajamas.
- Por último le hago el doble en la parte superior para hacerle la pretina y colocarle la elástica, ajustandola a la medida de la niña.
Y le agrego un lacito con botón a la parte delantera del pijama.
Finally, I double-stitch the top edge to create the waistband and attach the elastic, adjusting it to fit the child.
And I add a little bow with a button to the front of the pajamas.
Y así de está manera y en poco tiempo le hice este pijama a mí nieta, el cual fue de su total agrado porque se lo hizo su abuelita... gracias por ver mis post, y yo feliz de compartir con ustedes.
