What a beautiful new day it is. How are you doing today? Hope you are preparing for this coming Sunday. Palm Sunday is the day we celebrate the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem, one week before His resurrection. Am ready planning how get palm leave to make beautiful crosses 😂😂 I can’t afford to miss this like last year, was serving as a youth copper in another state then. How many churches will have a procession in or around sing songs of praise and wave palm leaves. Telling people of his love towards us In divers ways, speaking, shouting, singing, clapping our hands, playing musical instruments, raising our hands.

Cutting and sewing process

Firstly fold the Ankara fabric and fold it again make 4 because I will be cutting out the front and back blocks together. To make this pinafore dress it very simple and easy to make within 10 minutes you are done sewing. I go ahead to mark the shoulder line, I will be working with this neck width 3 and depth of 1.5 for the back and for the front 4.5 for ease waring from shoulder line I take in my shoulder measurements 14/2=7 then go down by 1 Inches for shoulder s from the shoulder i draw straight down to the waist and cut it out place it on the lining to cut the same duel to the Ankara fabric working a little.

Review processing for my trouser

Before I start my measurement I folded the Ankara then I begin by mark 1 inch allowance for joining of waist band. horizontally mark the line needed for the trouser.

Waist divide by 4 : 28/4 = 7
Hip divide by 4: 36/4 = 9
High divide by 2 : 20/2=10
Kneel divide by :15/2 = 7.5
Ankle divide by : 14/2=7

Draw out 1inches that will sever as allowance for joining of the waistband then input all the measurements connect it together without seam allowance only for the waist side for the daft then I cut it out

Such a brilliant idea to sew a pinafore from your left over fabrics. It makes a perfect outfit with your pants and really fits you well. Well done and thanks for sharing.
