I am using fine crochet cotton to make a mesh bag for a bar of soap. I start with foundation single crochet and join to make a tube that will fit around the bar. This should be quick to finish next time granddaughter takes a nap.

Mesh bags keep soap fom turning to mush in a soap dish. The bag hangs on a hook in the shower. A bag can also use those little slivers of leftover soap. (I save those in a small jar in the bathroom.)
Second fix was to lengthen a favorite black tricot slip. I just added a folded piece of black power netting to the hem using a zigzag stitch for stretch. I think it looks good and gives me the added 2 inches I wanted.

I hope all my fellow needleworkers are having a productive and creative week, too.
