Con retazos que combinen, telas preferiblemente rígidas para poder ensamblar bien las piezas.
En esta publicación, te muestro en pocos pasos la realización de esta hermosa pieza decorativa de tela, que protege y adorna.

MATERIALES:
Retazos de tela
Regla, cinta métrica
Agujas y alfileres
Hilo, tijeras y máquina de coser.

PROCEDIMIENTO:
Inicialmente es tener claro las medidas necesarias para este paño o tapiz, según el lugar que lo necesites, el mío es de 47 por 20cm de ancho, dejando dos centímetros de costura por toda el área.
PROCEDURE:
Initially is to be clear about the necessary measures for this cloth or tapestry, according to the place you need it, mine is 47 by 20cm wide, leaving two centimeters of seam all over the area.
Luego de cortar este rectángulo, fui a la máquina de coser y le hice las orillas, por todo el alrededor.
After cutting this rectangle, I went to the sewing machine and made the edges all the way around.
Luego con el otro retazo, marque cuadrados de 5 cm de lado, suficientes para el adorno. Recorté muy cuidadosamente, y los reservé para hacer el adorno.
Then with the other scrap, mark out squares of 5 cm on each side, enough for the ornament. I cut them out very carefully, and set them aside to make the ornament.
Corté aproximadamente 16 cuadros.
I cut approximately 16 squares.
Doble a la mitad el cuadrado.
Fold the square in half
Doblé la punta hacia el centro,
Bend the tip toward the center,
Doblé a otra punta hasta el centro y lo sujeté con alfileres.
I folded the other end to the center and pinned it.
Después que tenía todos bien sujetos con alfileres, paso a la máquina de coser con puntada recta.
After I had them all pinned, I went to the sewing machine with a straight stitch
De manera lineal, coloqué una de estas piezas y otra de manera que pueda hacer la puntada recta muy cuidadosamente para que queden en la misma posición. Como se observa en la foto.
In a linear fashion, I placed one of these pieces and another so that I can make the straight stitch very carefully so that they are in the same position. As shown in the photo.
Queda de esta manera, es necesario cortar las orillas antes del próximo paso.
It remains in this way, it is necessary to cut the edges before the next step.
Ahora hago un dobladillo que quede por encima de la costura anterior y le paso la máquina de coser.
Now I make a hem that is above the previous seam and pass the sewing machine over it.
Y queda muy lindo esta pieza, cuando lo terminé por ambas partes, como te muestro en la foto.
