Mi hermana menor me trajo na linda tela, es licra con un bello estampad verde, no me pidió nada especifico, así que con ese metro de tela confeccioné este hermoso vestido que le queda ceñido a su cuerpo, pero no tanto. Usé un patrón de blusa con manga ranglan. Y este lo modifiqué solo extendiéndolo para hacer un vestido, tomando en cuenta la medida de cadera.
Les comento que tenía un poco de temor de que le quedara mal, al cortar solo pensaba si esto ocurre solo es un trozo de tela que debo comprar! Gracias a Dios cuando se lo probó para hacer los ajustes de ruego, le quedó bien. Por aquí te cuento los detalles de su confección.

My younger sister brought me a nice fabric, it's lycra with a beautiful green print, she didn't ask me for anything specific, so with that meter of fabric I made this beautiful dress that fits her body, but not so tight. I used a blouse pattern with raglan sleeves. And this one I modified it just extending it to make a dress, taking into account the hip measurement.
I was a little afraid that it would look bad on her, when I was cutting I was just thinking if this happens it's just a piece of fabric I have to buy! Thank God when she tried it on to make the adjustments, it fit well. Here are the details of its making.

Para este vestido, inicié doblando por el orillo, coloqué el patrón delantero y el trasero y corté las piezas, uno de cada parte.

De igual modo, corté las mangas. En el patrón hay una indicación que debo tomar en cuenta cuando voy a la máquina. Donde señala la parte del delantero y la parte que se cose al trasero. Así fijo con alfileres y puedo pasar costura recta.
In the same way, I cut the sleeves. In the pattern there is an indication that I have to take into account when I go to the machine. Where it indicates the part of the front and the part that is sewn to the back. This way I fix with pins and I can sew straight seam.
Coser estas partes es primero, como los laterales y a la vez son los hombros.

Luego de tener los laterales cosidos y las mangas, coloqué un elástico de 8 mm de ancho y lo cosí con mi máquina que hace zic-zac muy bien sin estirar demasiado. Al finalizar recorto los excedentes.
After having the sides sewn and the sleeves, I placed an 8 mm wide elastic and sewed it with my machine that zic-zacs very well without stretching too much. At the end I trimmed the excess.
Como detalle adicional, hice un fruncido en la falta cerca del ruedo, le cosí el ruedo a la medida que ella deseaba, y así le quedó, una sonrisa fue la recompensa y la satisfacción de que puedo emprender nuevas cosas sin temor.
As an additional detail, I made a ruffle on the skirt near the hem, I sewed the hem to the size she wanted, and that's how it looked, a smile was the reward and the satisfaction that I can undertake new things without fear.
