Hope everyone is doing great.I am fine too.Today i am back in this community to share with you guys the cute parrot that i crocheted last night.
I had a really busy weekend.I had alot of assignments and quizes pending.I was really stressed out and luckily my university announced a holiday yesterday so i got some time to crochet a parrot.I have my mids starting from coming week so i am very academically stressed 😅 and i also want to visit my home this weekend hopefully i can manage a visit otherwise i will let you know guyz.
I was really indecisive about the color combo i want.I also didn’t have alot of yarn colors left so i just went with these colors peach and green and a bit of red too.
I started by making the body.Almost all of the heads for amigurumis follow same pattern so I didn’t have to write full pattern here.
*I also ran out of my green yarn so i saved it for wings and used maron yarn to make the last 2 3 rounds.
I used green yarn for the body.I would have preferred some other color combo but I didn’t have many options so i worked with what i had on hand.
Then i made the wings of the parrot which was 6sc,6inc,1sc and 1inc then ch 2 and slst in 3rd stitch.I always do a mistake that i tighten one of the wing or leg more than other but i am really overcoming it so you can’t see it very pro
Then i made the eyes,the mouth part and attached the wings by using UHU.The wings really completed the look.The color combo turned out pretty well honestly.I was not expecting it.Anyways here is the final look
I hope you guys liked it the way it turned out.
I really hope and try to crochet more and be more active.
