Aproveché estos días de feriado para ir a una Feria, donde se expone arte hecho a mano. Lo curioso fue que los artistas son de Latinoamérica (LATAM), por ejemplo: Colombia, Argentina, México, Guatemala, Ecuador, Perú, entre otros.
En esta publicación solo está la parte relacionada a los hilos, telas, bordado, fieltro, macramé y técnicas de la Amazonía. Porque también hay pinturas tamaño real, esas lo publicaré en mis historias de Instagram.
I decided to take advantage of the holiday to go to a fair where handmade art is on display. The curious thing was that the artists were from Latin America (LATAM), for example: Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Guatemala, Ecuador, Peru, among others.
In this publication is only the part related to yarns, textiles, embroidery, felting, macramé and Amazonian techniques. Because there are also life-size paintings, I will post those on my Instagram stories.

Los tejidos de la Amazonía están siendo valorados en el extranjero últimamente. Y ver este tipo de bordados en telas fue una experiencia de lujo. Antes, no entendía para nada qué significaban estos animales, los tipos de plantas, los colores utilizados.
Amazonian textiles are being valued abroad lately. And seeing this kind of embroidery on fabrics was a luxurious experience. Before, I didn't understand at all what these animals meant, the types of plants, the colors used.
Ahora, es como si cada pieza plasmada en la tela estuviese viva y me hablase por sí sola. Un amigo dice que esas figuras y curvaturas pueden significar sonidos (como los tocapus)...y ponerle color a eso, siento como si fuese una película, jaja.
Now, it's as if each piece on the canvas is alive and speaks to me on its own. A friend of mine says that those figures and curvatures can mean sounds (like the tocapus)...and to put color on that, I feel like it's a film, jaja.
Aquí hay más accesorios con expresiones de culturas Amazónicas. Recuerdo cuando estaba en la selva (Amazonía), los Gallitos de las rocas sí eran coloridas y resaltaban entre lo verde de los árboles.
Here are more accessories with expressions of Amazonian cultures. I remember when I was in the forest (Amazon), the cockerels on the rocks were colorful and stood out among the green of the trees.
Aquí me sorprendió ver llaveritos bordados, con su minibastidor y todo...Tanto así que estuve apunto de llevarme un kit de bordado, jaja. Como en la feria también habían artistas, habían bolsos de yute donde estaban estampados sus dibujos. Además de libretas, cuadros y stickers.
Here I was surprised to see embroidered keychains, with their mini frames and everything... So much so that I was about to take an embroidery kit, jaja. As there were also artists at the fair, there were jute bags with their drawings printed on them. As well as notebooks, paintings and stickers.
Me encantó ver estos llaveritos de gato en fieltro. Son sencillos y bonitos...Ah, y de todo tipo de gato. Justo en la entrada de la Feria estan estos polos y casacas con estampados extraños. Quise que estuviesen en esta publicación, para tener una idea del tamaño de las figuras del estampado. Porque, sé que algún día bordaré a mi Saxra en la espalda, jaja.
I was delighted to see these cat keychains in felt. They are simple and cute...Oh, and all kinds of cats. Just at the entrance of the Fair are these weirdly printed polo shirts and jackets. I wanted them to be in this post, to get an idea of the size of the print figures. Because, I know that one day I will embroider my Saxra on the back, jaja.
