En esta publicación veremos el proceso de la elaboración del vestido. Al inicio quise que sea corto y luego recordé que lleva un pantalón jeans, por eso al final quedó largo.
In this post we will see the process of making the dress. At the beginning I wanted it to be short and then I remembered that it has a pair of jeans, that's why in the end it was long.
Luego tejí 3 filas con medios puntos altos. Para formar el vuelo del vestido tejí aumentos en medios puntos altos, puntos altos y puntos altos dobles. Cambié de color para darle un toque caluroso y seguí tejiendo medios puntos altos.
When it comes to clothes, I usually use half double crochet to make it loose and light. Plus it makes the knitting go faster, haha. I started by knitting chains, then went back with single crochet through the back strands of the chain. In the next row I knitted half double crochet, leaving 4 stitches without knitting as a zero sleeve.
Then I knit 3 rows with half double crochet. To form the flounce of the dress I knitted increases in half double crochet, half double crochet and double crochet. I changed the colour to give it a warm touch and continued knitting half stockinette stitches.
Every 3 rows I knitted through the back loop. As decoration I knitted brown slipped stitches there. At the end of the skirt I knitted increases in half stitches in order to give the dress a little bit of a float.
Solo me falta tejer el sombrero y algunos detalles (espero) para terminar este #WIP .
I think that for my first dress it wasn't bad at all, haha. In fact I will practice to give more textures to the dresses. Changing the subject, I thank @lrscarmen for suggesting the name "María Delicia" for this little girl. Although "María" is a very popular name in Mexico, "Delicia" caught my attention, that is to say, it would be a compound name.
I just need to knit the hat and some details (I hope) to finish this #WIP .

También usó medios puntos altos para tejer la ropa, así distingo el cuerpo de la ropa. Esta muñequita va quedando hermosa. El vestido ha quedado muy lindo.
