Wool felting, also known as "felting", is a technique for making toys and decorative objects out of wool. To create a hare, you will need the following materials:
Wool of various colors (base color for the body and others for details such as ears and tail). Cotton base or dense material to form the base.
Needle pad or felting needle. Foam mold for ease of creation!
Steps to create a hare:
Cut the desired amount of wool in the desired color into small pieces.
Place the foam mold on your work surface.
Place the base coat color around the shape to create the base for the hare's body. Then gently pierce the wool with a needle pad or felting needle so that the wool connects and takes on the desired shape.
Add details such as ears and tail using other coat colors. Pierce them on the base and form the necessary elements.
Continue piercing the wool and shaping the hare until you achieve the desired look.
Check and, if necessary, adjust the shape and proportions.
When you are satisfied with the result, carefully remove the hare from the foam mold and carefully add the finishing touches.
The fluffiness of a hare can be emphasized by gently shaking or fluffing the coat.
Thus, you will create a cute bunny by felting with wool. Remember that this process requires patience and accuracy, but the result is worth the effort!
