Hello crafters,
Not much crocheting done because we transferred to new abode last sunday. Busy much packing things the past week hoo my much busy and tiring with the unpacking. Whenever I need something ,headache...hahaha I forgot in what container did I placed it.
Anyway, I like the new apartment, peaceful, big parking space where I can practice driving, but am not sure though if it will push through because of my eye problem, am not confident enough to drive a car.
The most part of the space I like is the big Tekla Tree at the end part of the apartment. Yesterday afternoon, I tried placing my made motifs to the body of the tree.
I reverse engineered this octagon granny motif from Cosamundo of Instagram by using the extended double crochet from start to end.
Last week, it was good a craft store was opened at the public market, I bought another acrylic colors the plain ones were 4 ply while the multi colors were 3 ply. Hmm, when I crocheted them I noticed, the motif with 4 ply is heavier than the 3ply. Now, I knew the lighter the materials or yarn better result for yarnbombing.
Thanks for passing by...

Yarnbombing pla tawag dyan. Ganda ibat ibang crochet stitches po ba yun ginawa nyu?
Oo basta punoin mo yong wall mo halimbawa, you are yarnbombing your wall...
Nice.. The tree is really called "Tekla"? hehe.
What if it rains, then the crochet will be ruined. 😌
Oo okey maulanan, sa YouTube Channel ko may mga Yarnbombing activities na yong cebu crochet group, local group dito sa Cebu...
The crochet ornaments are so beautiful, I especially love the one in dark orange which looks like a flame. This will be such a wonderful yarn bombing. I hope you soon get settled in your new apartment and all well be a bit more relaxed.
Yes, we learn all the time! I learned the same way about 3 ply and 4 ply! 🥰
Another masterpiece napud ate.
Thanks Mel...
