Today, I'm going to share a lovely, detailed step-by-step guide to transforming a women's skirt into a cute outfit for a young girl. I previously showed you a reusable clothing project thanks to the creativity of a young woman who loves sewing.

El dia de hoy les voy a compartir un lindo y detallado paso a paso de la transformación de un vestido estilo bata de niña, o esa es la sensación que da, a un lindo vestido aesthetic juvenil, ideal para cualquier ocasion.

✨ From the start, I thought about bringing it to life with a unique, sensual yet casual style, something practical yet aesthetic. I definitely wanted something different, yet comfortable. So I searched for a variety of styles and designs on Pinterest, settling on this beautiful aesthetic-style model with a romantic and casual touch.
Once I found what I wanted, I got to work.

✨ Desde un inicio pense en darle vida con un estilo unico, sensual pero casual, algo practico pero estético. Sin dudas deseaba algo diferente, pero comodo. Asi que busqué variedad de estilos y diseños en la App Pinterest, quedandome con este precioso modelo al estilo aesthetic con un toque romántico y casual.
Una vez encontrado lo que deseaba me puse manos a la obra.

✨️Estilo romántico se caracteriza por su delicadeza, feminidad y detalles que evocan suavidad y elegancia. Este estilo incorpora elementos como encajes, volantes, lazos y estampados florales, predominando los colores pastel y neutros.
✨️Moda estilo aesthetic busca ser visualmente atractivo a la vista sin demasiado esfuerzo y mezclando elementos de distintas tendencias y épocas.

Procedure:

✨ To make this lovely design, I began by cutting each part of my dress using swatches. I separated the lower and upper parts at the waist. This resulted in a small top with a skirt, where the front of the skirt would have a thin bow to hold the top part to the bottom part. For the back of the blouse, I only used the two ribbons that formed a bow on the original dress.

✨ Para la realización de este lindo diseño, comence cortando con muestras cada parte de mi vestido. Separando por la cintura la parte baja y alta del mismo. Quedando un top pequeño con una falda, donde el delantero de la misma tendria una especie de arco fino que sujetara la parte de arriba a la parte de abajo. Para la parte trasera de la blusa, solo tome los dos listones que formaban un lazo en el vestido original.

✨ Once each piece is cut, I begin sewing it. To do this, I start with the skirt design, joining the yellow bow to the lower part of the skirt's front. Then I hem the same bow, completing this section. On the back, I made a bridge or hem to thread an elastic band through, making it tighter and giving it a nice shape. Finally, I joined both pieces (front and back), finishing with a decorative stitch to prevent fraying and give it a nice finish.

✨ Una vez recortada cada pieza procedo a su confección. Para ello inicio con el diseño de la falda, uniendo el arco en amarillo a la parte baja del delantero de la falda. Luego realizo los dobladillos al mismo arco quedando lista esta parte.
A la parte trasera le realice un puente o dobladillo para pasar un elástico, quedando mas ajustado y dandole una forma bonita al mismo.
Finalmente uni ambas piezas( delantero con trasero), rematando al final con una puntada decorativa para evitar que se deshile y para darle un lindo acabado.*

Continue making the top, as it was almost ready. All that remained was to make the straps and add the two ties that tied in the back. For the straps, I took a thin ribbon and sewed it in a ten-shaped pattern. Then I placed the straps on the wrong side of the blouse so that all the seams would be inside out when I turned it out. For the final step, on the right side, place the ribbons on the sides and sew them together.

✨️ Continue haciendo la parte de arriba, pues ya estaba casi listo. Solo habia que confeccionar los tirantes y añadir las dos tiras que se amarraban en la espalda.
Para los tirantes tome un liston fino y cosi haciendo un diez, luego le coloque los tirantes por el reves de la blusa, para que al voltearlo quedaran por dentro todas las costuras.
Para la fase final, ya al derecho coloque los listones a los laterales y pase costura.
