Bendecido día amigos de NeedleWorkMonday, espero se encuentren muy bien. Hoy me encuentro feliz de mostrarles lo que pude tejer con todos los restos de hilo que me han venido quedando de otros proyectos. Se trata de un lindo bolso tipo bandolero ideal para llevar el celular.

Blessed day NeedleWorkMonday friends, I hope you are feeling well. Today I am happy to show you what I was able to knit with all the leftover yarn from other projects. This is a nice shoulder bag ideal for carrying your cell phone.

Lo maravilloso de la técnica del crochet es que nos permite elaborar proyectos muy variados y con diversidad de materiales. Al terminar proyectos grandes, por lo general, van quedando algunos sobrantes de hilo, si bien es cierto que estos sobrantes no nos alcanzan para realizar un proyecto completo, lo más probable es que nos sirvan para combinarlo con otro poquito y hacer proyectos más pequeños. Es por eso que en mi rincón de tejido, ningún sobrante de hilo es desechado.

Suelo tener una cajita ideal para ir guardando todos los sobrantes. Cuando voy a realizar proyectos pequeños recurro a esta caja antes de iniciar un nuevo ovillo.
Fue así como he ido acumulando todos estos "poquitos"

The wonderful thing about the crochet technique is that it allows us to elaborate very varied projects and with a diversity of materials. When we finish big projects, there are usually some yarn leftovers, and although it is true that these leftovers are not enough to make a complete project, most likely they will be useful to combine it with another little bit and make smaller projects. That's why in my knitting corner, no leftover yarn is thrown away.
I usually have a little box to keep all the leftovers. When I'm going to make small projects I resort to this box before starting a new ball of yarn.
This is how I have been accumulating all these "little ones".

Desde hace tiempo he tenido la idea de realizar un bolso con restos de hilo; sin embargo estaba esperando tener suficiente material para empezarlo. Finalmente comencé mi proyecto, esta vez con todos los sobrantes de hilo pabilo en diferentes colores.

Decidí tejer este bolso con dos hebras para que el tejido me quede mucho más firme. Para ello utilice dos ovillos de hilo pabilo crudo para la hebra principal y la segunda hebra la formarían los sobrantes de hilo en los diferentes colores.

I have had the idea of making a bag with leftover yarn for a long time; however I was waiting to have enough material to start it. I finally started my project, this time with all the leftover pabilo yarn in different colors.
I decided to knit this bag with two strands so that the weave would be much firmer. I used two balls of unbleached pabilo yarn for the main strand and the second strand would be the leftover yarn in the different colors.

La puntada que escogí es la que se realiza tejiendo un punto bajo, un espacio de una cadena y nuevamente punto bajo. Se teje en espiral para que no se vean costuras y se van incluyendo los colores sin ningún orden en especifico. No es necesario que las vueltas se completen con el mismo color; si a mitad de una vuelta se termina el color con el que se está tejiendo, simplemente se introduce el nuevo color y seguimos tejiendo hasta alcanzar el tamaño deseado.

El último paso es agregar los accesorios y tejer un asa lo suficientemente larga como para usarlo cruzado tal como se suelen usar los bandoleros y con eso tendremos listo este lindo bolso.

The stitch I chose is the one that is made by knitting a single crochet, a space of a chain and a single crochet again. It is knitted in a spiral so that no seams are visible and the colors are included in no specific order. It is not necessary to complete the rows with the same color; if in the middle of a row the color you are knitting with is finished, simply introduce the new color and continue knitting until you reach the desired size.
The last step is to add the accessories and weave a handle long enough to use it crossed as the bandoliers are used to use and with that we will have ready this nice bag.

Realmente estoy muy contenta con el resultado final, me gusta mucho la trama colorida que se creo con todos estos sobrantes y también me gusta la textura y lo firme que quedó el tejido.

Creo que seguiré recolectando sobrantes para hacer un bolso mucho más grande porque disfruté mucho de realizar este proyecto, fue sumamente relajante ver como cada color se iba integrando hasta formar esta linda pieza.

I am really happy with the final result, I really like the colorful weave that was created with all these leftovers and I also like the texture and the firmness of the fabric.
I think I will continue collecting leftovers to make a much bigger bag because I really enjoyed making this project, it was very relaxing to see how each color was integrated to form this beautiful piece.
