Today I'm sharing a simple project that I loved from the moment I thought about it. It's about decorating a blouse I hadn't worn in a while because I wasn't entirely happy with the sleeves. However, I really liked the basic design and the dark brown fabric.
I was inspired to change its look because a few days ago I was invited to an event and wanted to wear a blouse in a different color than usual. My budget also doesn't allow me to buy a new blouse in a quality fabric. This blouse is the only brown one I own, so it was worth decorating. It's a basic design, perfect for the idea I had in mind.
I immediately placed the necessary materials on the table and got to work decorating a beautiful Peter Pan collar, embroidered with black pearls.

I'll wear this blouse on the day of the event with fitted black pants. It's a combination that I find both casual and elegant. I loved this collar and thought I'd make some blouses with it, taking advantage of the pattern, which fits me very well.

Hoy paso para compartirles un proyecto sencillo, que me encanto desde que lo pensé, se trata de la decoración de una blusa que tenía tiempo sin usar, porque no me convencían mucho las mangas; Sin embargo, me gustó mucho el diseño básico, el tipo de tela, y el color marrón oscuro.
Casualmente, me inspiré a cambiarle el aspecto, porque hace unos días me invitaron para una actividad y quería llevar una blusa diferente a los colores que siempre he usado, tampoco mi presupuesto me es factible para comprar una blusa nueva de tela de calidad, esta blusa es la única blusa de color marrón que tengo, así que valió la pena decorarla, es un diseño básico, ideal para la idea que tenía en mente.
Enseguida coloqué los materiales necesarios sobre la mesa y puse manos a la obra con la decoración de un lindo cuello de Peter Pan, bordado con perlas corridas de color negro,
Este es un material hermoso y brillante de reciclaje, era un cinturón que se le dañó la hebilla y ahora lo estoy aprovechando en varios proyectos que tengo en mente.
Esta blusa, la usaré el día de la actividad, en conjunto con un pantalón negro ajustado, es una combinación que me parece casual y elegante, me encanto este cuello y pensé, que haré algunas blusas con este cuello, aprovechando el patrón que me quedo muy bien.
Espero les guste lo fácil que se hace, para lucir elegante, con tu ropa, que antes no te gustaba, por algún motivo.

Place the sheet of paper inside the blouse, pull it up to the neckline, and with a pencil, draw a curved line following the neckline.
Fold the paper, joining the two ends of the curved line, to mark the center.
Draw the neckline pattern from one side, then fold it in half and cut out the paper pattern for the neckline.
Coloca la hoja de papel dentro de la blusa, súbela hasta el escote y, con un lápiz, dibuja una línea curva que siga el contorno.
Dobla el papel, uniendo los dos extremos de la línea curva, para marcar el centro.

Position the collar pattern on the blouse, and using chalk mark the design, thread a needle with black thread, then begin to embroider along the entire guide line, with interlaced stitches of thread, as when we are going to make the buttonhole stitch.

Before I finished embroidering almost the entire collar design, several ideas came to me, which I'll show you here. One was to add a heart-shaped top design, embroidered with pearls. Another idea was to embroider the armholes, but I thought to myself, "Lauracraft, you're kind of overdoing it for this occasion!" XD So I decided to just finish filling in the collar at the top edge and leave it like that. I was very happy with the result—more than happy, I loved it!

Antes de terminar de bordar casi todo el diseño de cuello, me surgieron varias ideas, que aquí les muestro, una fue hacerle un diseño de top de corazón, bordado con las perlas, otra idea fue bordar las sisas, pero me dije en mis adentros, Lauracraft, estás como exagerando para la ocasión XD, así que decidí solo terminar de rellenar el cuello en el borde superior y la deje así quedando conforme con el resultado, más que conforme, me, encanto.
