This weekend I had proposed to do my Monday needlework project, but one thing is what we think and another is what comes to us, and is a reason for not being able to achieve it, unfortunately part of the weekend and beginning of the week I have felt with many health problems, which prevented me from sharing in my Monday needlework, this nice project, I show you today, it is a nice hand bag, which I made with useful material, some time ago I wanted to make some comfortable bags to carry various things, when we go shopping, it is nice to carry things in a nice decorated bag, and as we are still celebrating the month of love and friendship, I thought of decorating it with the theme of the month of love, with one of the things we love so much, such as flowers and of course hearts, I invite you to join me with this process of making this hand bag, made with recycled bag.

Hola costureros, feliz miércoles, espero que todos por aquí se encuentren muy bien, gozando de buena salud.
El fin de semana me había propuesto hacer mi proyecto de los lunes de aguja, pero una cosa es lo que pensamos y otra es lo que se nos presente, y sea un motivo para no poder lograrlo, lamentablemente parte del fin de semana y comenzando la semana me he sentido con muchos malestares de salud, lo que me impidió compartir en mis lunes de aguja, este lindo proyecto, que les muestro el día de hoy, se trata de una linda bolsa de mano, que elabore con material de provecho, hace tiempo quería hacer unas bolsas cómodas para llevar varias cosas, cuando salimos a hacer compras, es agradable llevar las cosas en una bonita bolsa decorada, y como aún estamos celebrando el mes del amor y la amistad, se me ocurrió decorarla con la temática del mes del amor, con una de las cosas que tanto amamos, como son las flores y por supuesto los corazones, los invito acompañarme con este proceso de confección de esta bolsa de mano, hecha con saco reciclado.

Once I had all the material on the table, I was going to start cutting the pieces to make the bag, but I was not at my best, so while I was feeling better, I went to bed to sit down to knit several flowers to decorate the bag, during that journey I relaxed a little and managed to make all the flowers needed for what I had planned to do.
To make the flowers I used worsted yarn in assorted colors, I liked to use worsted yarn for this project because it is a light material, to cook it with the sack material that I would use to make the bag, which is also a light and thin material.
This type of flowers I have seen a lot in tutorials on the web, and they seem very easy to make, however, to make them I had to do several practices before, because they did not come out with that style as bulky, so you can see that I made a variation on each of them, where I could understand that they are very easy to make, and as I was making them I liked how they were.
The simple step to make the flowers is to start making a magic ring of 5 low stitches, closing with 1 slipped stitch, from there we raise a chain of 3 stitches, what follows is to make a high stitch plus a loop that will form the first stitch to make the petals of 3 high stitches, 3 loops and close the petal with a chain of 3 stitches, closing with slipped, and that is how a stitch with volume, or puff stitch is left.
This puff stitch, I had already made it in another opportunity, but as I had not practiced it anymore I did not remember how to do it, so I had to refresh my memory.
Una vez que tenía todo el material en la mesa, iba a comenzar cortando las piezas para hacer la bolsa, pero no estaba en mi mejor momento, así que mientras me sentía mejor, me fui a la cama a sentarme a tejer varias flores para decorar la bolsa, durante ese trayecto me relaje un poco y logre hacer todas las flores necesarias para lo que tenía pensado hacer.
Para hacer las flores utilicé hilo de estambre de colores surtidos, me gusto utilizar estambre para este proyecto por ser un material liviano, para cocinarlo con el material de saco que utilizaría para hacer la bolsa, que también es un material liviano y delgado.
Este tipo de flores las he visto mucho en tutoriales de la web, y parecen muy fáciles de hacer, sin embargo, para hacerlas tuve que hacer varias prácticas antes, porque no me salían con ese estilo como voluminosas, por eso pueden ver que hice una variación en cada una de ellas, donde pude entender, que son muy fácil de hacer, y a medida que las iba haciendo me gustaba como iban quedando.
El simple paso para hacer las flores es comenzar haciendo un anillo mágico de 5 puntos bajos, cerrando con 1 punto deslizado, desde allí levantamos una cadena de 3 puntos, lo que sigue es hacer un punto alto más una lazada que va a formar el primer punto para hacer los pétalos de 3 puntos altos, 3 lazadas y cerramos el pétalo con una cadena de 3 puntos, cerrando con deslizado, y es así como queda un punto con volumen, o punto puff.
Este punto puff, ya lo había hecho en otra oportunidad, pero como no lo había practicado más ya no recordaba como se hacía, así que debí refrescar la memoria.

The process. I needed a tape measure, a scissors and cut, the first thing I cut was the 2 main sides front and back, with the measures 31 cm high by 35 cm wide, the sides and base of the bag, sides, 31 cm X 7 cm wide minus 1 cm seam allowance, base 35 cm wide X 7 cm wide.
For the handles, I cut ribbons 48 cm long minus 2 cm for the seam by x 6 cm wide folded in 2 cm wide, final measures for the handle 46 cm long by 2 cm wide.
Después que termine de hacer las flores me pude levantar para hacer los cortes del saco para las piezas y comenzar hacer la bolsa.
Este material es un saco donde viene detergente en polvo para lavar la ropa, lo vi bastante resistente y limpio, aunque un poco arrugado jajajajaj, pero lo importante es que servirá para un uso útil.
El proceso. Necesite una cinta métrica, una tijera y a cortar, lo primero que corte fue las 2 caras principales delantera y trasera, con las medidas 31 cm de alto por 35 cm de ancho, los laterales y base de la bolsa, laterales, 31 cm X 7 cm de ancho menos 1 cm de costura, base 35 cm ancho X 7 cm ancho.
Para las asas, corté unas cintas de 48 cm de largo menos 2 cm para la costura por x 6 cm de ancho dobladas quedando en 2 cm de ancho, medidas definitivas para el asa 46 cm de largo por 2 cm de ancho.

Después de coser los laterales y base de la bolsa, decore las orillas con cintas de telas de color negro de 4 cm, doble a 1 cm y cosí todas las orillas con esta cinta, para darle un lindo acabado.

Then I sewed the handles with the measurements, in one of the previous steps, in this step I just need to decorate and start using this nice recycled sack bag.
Después cosí las asas con las medidas, en uno de los pasos anteriores, en este paso solo faltaría decorar y comenzar a darle uso a esta linda bolsa de saco reciclado.

Y recuperando la hidratación, comiendo un poco de patilla que me encanta, lo último fue la decoración que hice con las flores que ya había tejido y un corazón que hice de tela, utilizando un molde de papel para que me saliera un corazón bien prolijo, el mismo corte y cosí con costura a mano, luego decore este corazón con las flores tejidas.
Y es aquí donde gracias a Dios, que me dio la fortaleza para soportar un poco el malestar, para poder lograr concluir mi proyecto del día.
