Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi más reciente creación un Hermoso mantel de crochet con el que participare en el concurso " "Needlework your kitchen" el cual tuve la idea de elaborar hace unos días cuando me enteré del concurso pero que no había podido culminar por diversos motivos personales de peso mayor que me hicieron ausentarme por unos días y parar mi obra creativa.
Today I want to share with you my most recent creation, a beautiful crochet tablecloth with which I will participate in the "Needlework your kitchen" contest, which I had the idea of making a few days ago when I heard about the contest, but which I had not been able to finish personal reasons of greater weight that made me absent for a few days and stop my creative work.
Una vez retome parte de mi motivación decidí continuar con el trabajo que había empezado hace ya días para culminarlo y presentárselos el día de hoy a ustedes la idea de realizar este mantel surgió cuando tuve una comida improvisada en casa con unos amigos era una merienda casual pero no tanto por lo cual serví los aperitivos en una losa de vidrio y quise colocar una bonita decoración con manteles y demás pero al buscar estos accesorios de cocina tan necesarios note que los que tenía estaban ya desgastados y algo roidos asi que opte por no utilizarlos y fue cuando pensé en porqué no hacer un par de manteles que no solo sean fáciles de lavar sino que también se vean hermosos y únicos cuando decida incluirlos y presentarlos en cualquier comida o evento que decida realizar.
Once I regained part of my motivation, I decided to continue with the work that I had started days ago to finish it and present it to you today. The idea of making this tablecloth arose when I had an impromptu meal at home with some friends. It was a casual snack. but not so much, which is why I served the appetizers on a glass slab and wanted to place a nice decoration with tablecloths and other things, but when looking for these much-needed kitchen accessories, I noticed that the ones I had were already worn and a bit gnawed, so I opted for not use them and that's when I thought why not make a couple of tablecloths that are not only easy to wash, but also look beautiful and unique when you decide to include and present them at any meal or event you decide to host.
Fue entonces cuando empecé a repasar diseños en revistas y tutoriales pero la mayoría eran en dos agujas y se me dificultaban demasiado por lo que con ayuda de mi madre se me ocurrió hacerlos en una aguja utilizando punto sencillos y combinando colores fríos pero agradables y sobrios a la vista empleando técnicas de costura simples y obteniendo un diseño bastante bonito versátil y elegante que se adapta a cualquier ocasión
It was then that I began to review designs in magazines and tutorials, but most were on two needles and they were too difficult for me, so with the help of my mother I decided to make them on one needle, using simple stitches and combining, cold but pleasant and sober colors in sight, using simple sewing techniques and obtaining a quite beautiful, versatile and elegant design that adapts to any occasion
A continuación les mostrare los materiales que emplee y los pasos a seguir para su elaboración.
Next I will show you the materials I use and the steps to follow for its elaboration
Materiales
- Hilo beige
- Hilo marrón
- Aguja número 3
- Tijeras
Materials
- Beige yarn
- brown thread
- Needle number 3
- Scissors
Elaboración.
Elaboration.
Paso 1
Procedí a tomar el hilo beige hacer una lazada en mi dedo y luego un punto medio y así repetir el proceso hasta obtener 13 puntos y tirar del hilo sobrante conformando así el anillo mágico.
I proceeded to take the beige yarn, make a loop on my finger and then a half stitch and repeat the process until I got 13 stitches and pull the excess yarn, thus forming the magic ring.
Ya hecho esto procedí a hacer puntos altos sobre cada punto de la cadena anterior y cerré el círculo con un punto raso al final.
Once this was done, I proceeded to make double crochet over each stitch of the previous chain and closed the circle with a slip stitch at the end.
Paso 2
Luego procedí a levantar una cadena de 3 puntos y a hacer 2 puntos altos y en el tercer punto un aumento así repetí el proceso hasta terminar círculo y cerrar
Then I proceeded to raise a chain of 3 points and make 2 double crochet and in the third point an increase like this I repeated the process until I finished the circle and closed
Después fui aumentando la cantidad de puntos altos o varetas conforme al tamaño que quería alcanzar 3 puntos medios y en el 4 punto un aumento luego 4 puntos medios y en 5 un aumento y así sucesivamente.
Then I increased the amount of double crochet according to the size I wanted to reach, 3 single crochet and at the 4th point an increase, then 4 single crochet and at 5 an increase and so on.
Paso 3
Al ya notar que el círculo tomaba forma y grosor decidí agregar el color marrón para las hileras finales y repetir el proceso de puntos altos y aumentó hasta llegar a 11 puntos altos y en el 12 uno de aumento
Noticing that the circle was taking shape and thickness, I decided to add the brown color for the final rows and repeat the process of double crochets and increased until I reached 11 double crochets and number 12 one increase.
Una vez hecho esto y teniendo el círculo con el diámetro deseado procedo a hacer las puntas levantando una cadena de 5 puntos para realizar un punto raso en el tercer punto de la cadena anterior y repetí el proceso para despues en cada orificio creado hacer 5 puntos altos hasta obtener este resultado.
Once this is done and having the circle with the desired diameter, I proceed to make the points by lifting a chain of 5 stitches to make a slip stitch in the third stitch of the previous chain and repeat the process, and then in each hole created make 5 high points until you get this result.
