El 31 de marzo mi suegra estuvo de cumpleaños y como es costumbre recibe sus detallitos de parte de sus nietos e hijas e hijos. Uno de esos detallitos fue un blusón muy lindo en una tela estampada Jersey, pero de una talla más grande a la que ella usa y por supuesto asà no podÃa disfrutar plenamente de su regalo, pues no lo podÃa usar y me pidió que le hiciera los ajustes correspondientes.
On March 31 my mother-in-law had her birthday and as usual she received her little gifts from her grandchildren and daughters and sons. One of those little gifts was a very nice blouse in a printed fabric, in jersey fabric but one size bigger than she wears and of course she could not fully enjoy her gift because she could not wear it and she asked me to make the corresponding adjustments.
En este caso la prenda le quedaba ancha y larga, más, del cuello a ella le gustaba como le quedaba de holgura, por lo que me fue más sencillo, ya que sólo me bastó con ubicar una medida que le quedará bien de esos detalles y quitar los excesos a la nueva prenda.
En otros casos, si es demasiado grande, tendrÃamos prácticamente que sacar una prenda totalmente nueva, ya que la cantidad de cortes serÃan muchos más. En este caso como ya dije no tuve mucho problema.
In this case the garment was wide and long, more than the neck, she liked the way it was loose, so it was easier for me because I just had to find a measurement that would fit her and remove the excesses of the new garment.
In other cases if it is too big, we would practically have to take out a whole new garment, since the amount of cuts would be many more. In this case, as I said, I didn't have much of a problem.

- Prenda de Medida.
- Tijera, Hilo.
- Máquina de coser.
- Blouse to fit.
- Garment Measurement.
- Scissors, thread.
- Sewing machine.
Paso a Paso||Step by step
Para ello tomé tela que tenÃa en color gris, lo corté y al coser le coloque unos diseños a los lados al tapabocas, con los retazos que como indiqué quedaron de la blusa.
For this I took some fabric that I had in gray, cut it and sewed some designs on the sides of the blouse, with the scraps that were left over from the blouse, as I indicated.
Espero les haya gustado mi publicación y se animen a mejorar esas prendas que les pudieran quedar un poco holgadas y que tienen en reserva. Con esto me despido no sin antes invitarlos a ser proactivos creando o arreglando sus propias prendas.
