Good day creative friends,
Greetings to needlework community how are you all doing and how was your weekend, happy new week to you all and I pray this week is blessed for us all. 🙏🏼

Today I will love to share this lovely styles I made for my client she want to wear it to attend a wedding ceremony, it’s Ankara combined with Asho oke and the end result came out really pretty 🤩.

I first measured the full length of the gown is 60” then I measured the shoulder to sleeve length 22” then I measured the burst and waist then the hips line.
After cutting the bodices I measured 3” width for neckline then 6” for the depth.

I place the aso oke at the neckline then I sew it down I folded the aso oke into two then I sew slanted from one side of the aso oke down to the edge then I open it up and iron the sown part then I pin it down on the dress and sew and it came out perfectly neat .

Have made this v neck aso oke like 4 time, making a particular styles constantly help me to improve in my sewing I love my handwork especially when my client is happy with the outcome of the outfit.

Thanks for reading my post I will appreciate your lovely comments and support 🥰
