Buenos días a toda la comunidad de #needleworkmonday es un grato placer poder escribir hoy para ustedes. Motivado a la llegada de mi sobrina Danielis quisiera mostrarles como hacer un cojín para bebés en forma de nube. Es muy fácil y sencillo.
Good morning to the entire #needleworkonmonday community, it is a great pleasure to be able to write for you today. Motivated by the arrival of my niece Danielis, I would like to show you how to make a cloud-shaped cushion for babies. It's very easy and simple.
Qué vamos a necesitar?
- Cualquier tela que sirva para cojín unicolor.
- Hilo
- Aguja.
- Guata
Para decorar:
- Pintura al frío dos tonos
- Pincel
- Un trozo de tela de algodón
What are we going to need?
- Any fabric that can be used as a single-color cushion.
- Thread
- Needle.
- Wadding
To decorate:
- Two-tone cold paint
- Brush
- A piece of cotton cloth
Como puedes ver lo primero es recortar en forma de nube la tela para el cojín yo elegí un tono beige. Es muy importante lavar y desinfectar las telas antes de coser.
As you can see, the first thing is to cut the fabric for the cushion in a cloud shape. I chose a beige tone. It is very important to wash and disinfect fabrics before sewing.
Una vez vez recortada nuestra nube, en una de sus caras vamos a decorarla recortando dos pequeños círculos de color fucsia y cosiendo al rededor.
Once our cloud is cut out, on one of its faces we are going to decorate it by cutting out two small fuchsia circles and sewing around it.
Los pequeños círculos tienen la función de ruborizar la carita del cojín:

Ahora con hilo rojo y aguja vamos a coser de esta forma para formar la boca. Con doble costura a la vez.
Now with red thread and a needle we are going to sew in this way to form the mouth. With double stitching at the same time.
Al momento de ver ya formándose la carita de la nube me sentí muy contenta puesto que es la primera vez que hago este tipo de trabajo y todo estaba saliendo bien.😉
When I saw the face of the cloud already forming, I felt very happy since it is the first time that I do this type of work and everything was going well.
Para realizar los ojos hacemos dos círculos como puedes apreciar en la imagen. Yo emplee pintura al frío azul en dos tonos. Con el tono más oscuro pinte la base del ojo y sus pestañas y con el tono más claro la pupila y el brillo. Ahora esperamos que seque muy bien.
To make the eyes we make two circles as you can see in the image. I used cold blue two-tone paint. Paint the base of the eye and your lashes with the darker shade and the pupil and shine with the lighter shade. Now we hope it dries very well.
Ahora les muestro una vista completa de cómo quedó la cara frontal del cojín que a mí particularmente me encantó.
Now I show you a complete view of how the front face of the cushion was, which I particularly loved.
El siguiente paso es coser la parte de adentro por todo al rededor dejando un espacio que luego utilizaremos para rellenar con guata.
The next step is to sew the inside all around, leaving a space that we will later use to fill with wadding.
Volteamos nuestra costura al lado derecho y poco a poco vamos rellenando con guata siempre buscando la forma de que el relleno quede bien puesto para luego cerrar la costura.
We turn our seam to the right side and little by little we are filling with wadding, always looking for the way that the filling is well placed and then closing the seam.
Con un trozo de tela fucsia elaboré este pequeño lazo para decorar y dar un toque final.
With a piece of fuchsia fabric I made this little bow to decorate and give a final touch.
