Helllooo beautiful peeps!!!
How are you all?? Hope you all are well. I am back in this community after a week with another Creativity. Last week I uploaded the post of a frock which is loved by everybody. So today also I thought to come with another Creative idea. So today I am going to make scrunchies using leftover pieces of clothes. The clothes which I have used today is Velvet clothe. In winters I stitched those velvet dresses for my sister and she loved that material and my stitching so much. So today I was first thinking to make scrunchies to make with lilen fabric but the velvet scrunchies are more comfortable to wear also these are very attractive as well. So let's start making them. But before starting the procedure I will show you the image of my beautiful scrunchies and my hand while wearing them these were looking very very beautiful.
Let's start the procedure.
We just need some leftover pieces of the fabric that we want to use. So I have cut the cloth of 24 inches length. My length is very big because my hair is long. So we can adjust it according to the length of hair.
The breath of it is almost 8 Inches which is very big but we have to adjust it according to the hair.
This black and silver fabric was a full but other scrunchies fabric was not enough in breath so I joined it with the other fabric.
In this blue glittery velvet there was a joint there in the middle we have to stitch it from the inside. As I told earlier that these are from leftover pieces so we have to use joints as well.
Then I had the joints for the plane black velvet as well.
The fabric which doesn't have any joints we have to just stitch one side from the other from the inside not the shining one.
But for the one which have joints we should Stitch from both of the sides.
I didn't change the thread because however it will come inside while folding it.
After stitching the sides we have to turn the cloth upside down. I mean the upper part we have to fold that Inside and the upper side should put inside.
After that I have cut the elastic of 7 to 8 Inches and inserted that Inside that fabric.
We have to join both of those elastic end using stitches.
I have stifched both of those elastic parts using the machine. I didn't change the thread here also because then you all can see it and also because it will however come Inside.
After that I have stitched the upper part as well and here is the final result of the scrunchie.
Blue scrunchie is also there.
And here is the red scrunchie which I made but didn't show the process.
