Don't think I ever sewed that many stitches on any machine.... LOL!This isn't my first machine, just my first in about 10 yrs, so I'm no stranger to sewing. Nothing ever goes as planned & I have so many projects I want to do that I've collected over the years. I bought the machine cause I was tired of sewing by hand, I was making items completely by hand. It seems there just isn't enough time in the day & I think when I finally pull it out, I won't prioritize & I won't visit hive as I should or do now. I'll get caught up in the sewing & let everything else go & that's not good, plus I can't earn & build my portfolio if I get distracted with sewing or anything else.

You can take pictures of your sewing and post in the needleworkmonday community. I still do a lot of hand sewing, too, when I have detail work to do. Makes me appreciate how much time our ancestors spent sewing!
I haven't done anything in a few yrs now but when I finally get start there will be lots of pictures & posts and I'll look into that community. Thanks for the tip. Yes when I think of how much time it takes to stitch by hand & it looks like it's been done by a machine, it's awesome. And to think that's how it was done way back when. My father was a tailor & had his own tailor shop, so I grew up learning to sew by hand & with machines. I love creating my own fashions too. I'll be doing that soon cause I'm tired of wearing the same ole styles year after year.
