Hello NeedleWorkMonday friends. Today my posts are about this beautiful art as it is the knitting with a needle or crochet. It has occurred to me to create a space in our homes with a knitted remembrance of our pets that have gone to heaven and that we always remember and are present in our lives.
I have tried to recreate the deceased pets with crochet stitch and the idea has been great, because many of my relatives and acquaintances have liked it and I have done it with the love that our pets deserve.
This time I will show you two of my pets that I have been making knitted with one needle, trying to make them as similar as possible to the real thing with coloured yarn, stuffing, safety eyes, crochet needle, sewing needle and scissors. As you can see there are not many materials used.
The first pet is called Furret, a ferret who lived with my daughter-in-law Mary since she was a little girl and died an old man two months ago. Here is the photo of Furret alive and the photo of how he was left on his pedestal to remember him always.
The second pet is Agatha, a white poodle, my daughter's pet, who was with us for two years, she got sick with tick disease and nothing we did saved her three years ago. Here is the photo of Agatha alive and already on her pedestal of remembrance.
Now we will remember them by placing the pedestal with the crocheted pet in a main place in the house, it can be over the fireplace, above the library or decorating the chest of drawers in a room.
I also crocheted the new crochet family pets, which are currently cheering us up with their antics, meows and barks. Here the live photo and the crochet figure without pedestal.

Hola amigos de NeedleWorkMonday. Hoy mis publicaciones se refieren a este arte tan hermoso como es el tejido a una aguja o tejido a crochet. Se me ha ocurrido crear un espacio en nuestros hogares con un recuerdo tejido a nuestras mascotas que se han ido al cielo y que siempre recordamos y están presentes en nuestra vida.
He intentado recrear a las mascotas fallecidas a punto del crochet y me ha resultado genial la idea, pues a muchos de mis familiares y conocidos les ha gustado y pues lo he hecho con el amor que nuestras mascotas se merecen.
En esta ocasión les mostraré dos de mis mascotas que he estado elaborando tejidas a una aguja, intentando que se asemejen lo más posible a la realidad con hilos de colores, rellenos, ojitos de seguridad, aguja de crochet, aguja de coser y tijeras. Como pueden ver no son muchos los materiales utilizados.
La primera mascota se llama Furret, un hurón que hizo vida junto a mi nuera Mary desde que era una niña y murió viejito hace dos meses. Aquí la foto de Furret vivo y la foto de cómo quedó en su pedestal para recordarlo siempre.
La segunda mascotita es Agatha, una poodle blanca, mascota de mi hija, que estuvo dos años con nosotros, se enfermó con garrapatosis y nada de lo que hicimos la salvó hace tres años. Aquí la foto de Agatha viva y ya en su pedestal del recuerdo.
Ahora las recordaremos colocando el pedestal con la mascotita tejida a crochet en un lugar principal de la casa, puede ser sobre la chimenea, encima de la biblioteca o decorando la cómoda en un cuarto.
También elaboré las nuevas mascotas de la familia a crochet, que están actualmente alegrándonos con sus travesuras, maullidos y ladridos. Aquí la foto en vivo y la figura en crochet sin pedestal.
La primera mascota viva es Canela, una perrita mestiza de dos años que es de mi hija. Aquí la foto y su recuerdo a crochet.

Todas las figuras son originales y utilicé una foto de cada mascota para guiarme en el tejido a crochet para que quedaran lo más parecidas posibles a la mascotita real. Espero que les haya gustado mi creación. Nos vemos próximamente.

Hola @yannira me parece una muy bonita forma de recordar a nuestras mascotas fallecidas. Los amigurumis con sus facciones son algo mejor que un retrato y podemos rendirle homenaje a través de este bonito arte.
