Holaaaaaaaaaaaa a todos :3 feliz lunes de costura:3 espero que estén muy bien el día de hoy, yo estoy algo cansada la cursada de la facultad volvió y con el trabajo están drenando toda mi energía estoy con actividades diarias desde el inicio del mes jajaja necesito organizarme un poco para llevar a cabo algunos proyectos y avanzar con mi wip, ya que no estoy teniendo días libres de otras cosas, y obvio tengo mil lecturas que hacer jajaja.

Empecé hace algunas semanas con este bordado y cada que puedo le dedico algo de tiempo, tome la Imagen de referencia y lo dibuje a mano sobre la tela, Bmo es un personaje de hora de aventura, es de mis preferidos, me encanta como este personaje a veces puede ser un poco raro, es como un niño en algunas cosas, su personaje es genial, era imposible de calcar, esto me llevo un rato, pero fue dentro de todo fácil y me gusta bastante dibujar, es algo que tengo un poco en el olvido últimamente pero quizás tome algunas clases de nuevo.
I started a few weeks ago with this embroidery and every time I can I dedicate some time to it, take the Reference Image and draw it by hand on the fabric, Bmo is a character from adventure time, he is one of my favorites, I love how this character sometimes he can be a little weird, he's like a child in some things, his character is great, it was impossible to trace, this took me a while, but it was all in all easy and I quite like drawing, it's something I have a little forgotten lately but maybe I'll take some classes again.
Estoy usando hilo de coser verde porque tengo en cantidad. Lo estoy usando en forma doble ya que así hace que sea un poco más grueso y además estoy practicando la puntada larga, puntada corta para relleno, me está costando un poco debo decir, creo que mi problema con esta puntada está siendo que no soy ordenada, lo que me pasa es que a mitad de lo que estoy haciendo me distraigo y empiezo a hacer cualquier cosa jaja.
I am using green sewing thread because I have plenty of it. I'm using it double as it makes it a little thicker and I'm also practicing the long stitch, short stuffing stitch, it's having a little trouble I must say, I think my problem with this stitch is that I'm not tidy , what happens to me is that in the middle of what I'm doing I get distracted and start doing anything haha.
Este bordado me va a llevar más tiempo, y algunos colores más, en si decidí usar ese verde porque no estoy tan segura de usar un turquesa que es el color que tiene bmo a veces, también necesito amarillo, algo de azul y rojo para completar sus botones, estoy pensando en que quizás decore el resto del bordado con algunas flores o algunas estrellas quizás, para que sea un bordado más completo y no solo el personaje flotando en el aire.
This embroidery is going to take me more time, and some more colors, I actually decided to use that green because I'm not so sure about using a turquoise that is the color that bmo has sometimes, I also need yellow, some blue and red to complete its buttons, I'm thinking maybe I decorate the rest of the embroidery with some flowers or some stars maybe, to make it a more complete embroidery and not just the character floating in the air.
Esta entre mis personajes preferidos de hora de aventura, hace bastante tiempo que tengo ganas de hacer una serie de almohadas con personajes animados, pero nunca lo empiezo jaja y cuando empiezo pasa que el proyecto me toma más tiempo del que yo creía que iba a tomar, también como estoy aprendiendo a bordar y rellenar bordados me da un poco de miedo hacerlo mal, pero no hay forma de aprender si uno no falla en lo que hace.
Quizás a fin de año este proyecto esté terminado, no creo que eso suceda antes la verdad, pero por ahora y el avance que tiene me está gustando mucho. Bordar está siendo de mis actividades favoritas últimamente, tanto como bordar punch como el bordado tradicional son parte de lo que hago con mi tiempo libre, y me inspira un montón muchos de los bordadores que sigo en redes, muchos hablan sobre el proceso de crear y de mejorar, de la constancia necesaria para llevar estas piezas a cabo y sobre todo la paciencia que el bordado requiere, paciencia y practica que están siendo mis mantras últimamente con la vida en general jaja.

Por otro lado, también estoy trabajando en un nuevo bordado en punch, hace bastante que no bordo en punch, en estos días le di a mi amigo su posa vasos que termine hace bastante y le gustó mucho, en general el aprecia mucho mis regalos así que eso me anima a crear algunas nuevas piezas, lo más probable es que sean posa vasos y cosas por ese estilo, en este caso decidí salir del círculo que venía haciendo y hacer un rectángulo un poco más grande, simplemente quise cambiar un poco, estoy con ganas de hacer piezas un poco más grandes.

Vengo algo metida con el concepto de nubes y tenía muchas ganas de bordar algo relacionado a eso, al cielo, las nubes, quizás porque no el espacio, pero decidí las nubes y cielos en colores, las nubes es una tendencia que se vio mucho, desde ese hermoso suéter que ahora está replicado en todos lados, si no saben de qué hablo les voy a dejar enlaces a eso, no puedo recordar de donde salió esa idea en un principio. Y también algo que me gustó mucho inspirado en el cielo y el movimiento fue una colección de vestidos de Alexander McQueen es una colección preciosa y necesito que la conozcan, esta colección fue mucho más allá y es precioso como trabajaron el sublimado el movimiento y todo el concepto, realmente un trabajo fantástico.
I am a little involved with the concept of clouds and I really wanted to embroider something related to that, to the sky, the clouds, maybe because not the space, but I decided on clouds and skies in colors, clouds is a trend that was seen a lot, from that beautiful sweater that is now replicated everywhere, if you don't know what I'm talking about I'm going to leave you links to that, I can't remember where that idea came from in the first place. And also something that I really liked inspired by the sky and movement was a collection of dresses by Alexander McQueen, it is a beautiful collection and I need you to know it, this collection went much further and it is beautiful how they worked on sublimating the movement and all the concept, really fantastic work.

Bueno con todo esto me dio ganas de hacer un posa vasos con nubecitas, obvio mi concepto sale de ahí y es una pieza super simple no crean que me estoy comparando con ellos jaja solo tome una inspiración de ahí y empecé a dibujar unas nubes y a bordar. Las curvas me están costando bastante en este bordado, es algo en general que no termino de solucionar con mis bordados en punch, pero como soy autodidacta quizás haya algunos trucos o pequeñas cosas que no conozco y es donde falla mi ejecución, estoy en plan de buscar más información de ello, pero con el inicio de mi cursada y mis días de trabajos extra no estoy teniendo días libres.
Well with all this it made me want to make a coaster with little clouds, obviously my concept comes from there and it's a super simple piece don't think I'm comparing myself with them haha I just took an inspiration from there and started to draw some clouds and embroider . The curves are costing me a lot in this embroidery, it is something in general that I do not finish solving with my punch embroidery, but since I am self-taught there may be some tricks or little things that I do not know and that is where my execution fails, I am in plan of look for more information about it, but with the start of my course and my days of extra work I am not having days off.
La combinación de colores está siendo más por disponibilidad de colores que por una elección, tengo muchas lanas en estos colores y estoy buscando formas de usarlas, porque quiero comprar nuevas y sin usar las que tengo eso no va a pasar, aunque hace bastante tiempo que vengo pensando en que quizás podría hacer el intento de teñir algunas lanas blancas, tengo algunos informes de la facultad de teñido casero y estoy segura que leí en algún lado formas de teñido eco es decir que el colorante sea una fruta o verdura o algo así, quizás haga el intento, pero tengo que investigar un poco ya que mis experiencias con el teñido no fueron tan buenas, pero ahora la meta está en terminar mi wip esta semana que empieza que tengo un poco más de tiempo y los bordaditos que sucederá cuando deba suceder jaja.

Bordar es una actividad bastante relajante. Mantiene la mente muy ocupada y en paz. Espero que tengas el tiempo que necesitas para culminar tus bordados pronto.
La nube te va quedando muy linda. Ese tipo de bordado no lo he practicado. El resultado es muy lindo.
Si es una muy buena actividad, bordar con punch me encanta, la sensación en el bordado es muy esponjosa también y se siente bien al tacto
