Greetings to all! When creating the post with the first five opening I wanted to mention some more, I decided to make a part 2, so that more of us as anime lovers expand the knowledge of new series and that those who have seen them have the memory of that series and song and of course, share with you those series that I have seen and that have captivated me beyond its history. And this time I won't add anything from Fate, there are some that I wanted to put but I gave the place to other series.

Al crear el post con los primeros cinco opening quedé con ganas de hacer mención a algunos más, decidí hacer una parte 2, de modo que más de nosotros como amantes del anime expandamos el conocimiento de nuevas series y que aquellos que las hayan visto tengan el recuerdo de dicha serie y canción, y por supuesto, compartir con ustedes esas series que he visto y que me han cautivado en más allá de su historia. Y esta vez no agregaré nada de Fate, hay unos que quería colocar pero cedí el puesto a otras series.
In no particular order, I will begin:
Sin ningún orden en particular, comenzaré:
1) Neon Genesis Evangelion - Opening
I can't forgive myself for not including this audiovisual gem in the first post, especially because it is one of my favorite series since I was a kid (yes, I watched it when Locomotion existed, although I didn't understand it very much). It is difficult to put into words the work of art that is this opening and to break it down in parts as I have done in some occasions with the posts will make this one very long so I will try to simplify it. First of all I love that in general the images and clips are at the same rhythm of the song, although it is normal in every opening, in this one there is an excellent harmony, many of the clips are representations of the lyrics and each note. The beginning is very slow and we are shown a strong red color with silhouettes, the first one being that of an angel in its literal biblical representation just when the song mentions "a cruel angel", the color changes to intense blue and a space background showing the tree of life as seen in the writings of Enoch, where he met different angels in his journey. The rhythm becomes more active showing the title to then give us the entrance to each of the main characters: Shinji, Rei, Asuka and Misato to then take a look at different parts of the EVA and thus give a good start to the chorus with multiple clips that will be seen in the anime and images that present each of the main and secondary characters, the different EVA, nomenclatures, symbols, sites, emotional elements, angels, organizations, weapons, action, all in an interval of 23 seconds. This opening is the living essence of what this series is, a lot of content, a lot to detail and investigate, many secrets and a great depth in human psychology. I want to mention that I found it funny how they placed Kaworu's face drawn as a sketch on a red background in less than a second between several images so fast that it is not easily noticed.
No me perdono que en la primera publicación no incluí esta joya audiovisual sobretodo porque es una de mis series favoritas desde que era un niño (si, la vi cuando Locomotion existía aunque no la entendí mucho). Es difícil poner en palabras la obra de arte que es este opening y desglosarlo por partes como he hecho en algunas ocasiones con los post hará este muy largo así que trataré de simplificarlo. Primero que nada me encanta que en general las imágenes y clips estén al mismo ritmo de la canción, que aunque es normal en todo opening, en este hay un armonía excelente, muchas de los clips son representaciones de la letra y cada nota. El inicio es muy lento y nos muestran un color rojo fuerte con siluetas, siendo la primera la de un ángel en su literal representación bíblica justo cuando la canción hace mención a “un cruel ángel”, el color cambia a azul intenso y a un fondo del espacio mostrando el árbol de la vida como se ve en los escritos de Enoch, donde conoció a diferentes ángeles en su viaje. El ritmo se hace más activo mostrando el titulo para luego darnos entrada a cada uno de los personajes principales: Shinji, Rei, Asuka y Misato para luego dar vistazo a diferentes partes del EVA y así dar un buen arranque al coro con múltiples clips que se verán en el anime e imágenes que presentan a cada uno de los personajes principales y segundarios, los diferentes EVA, nomenclaturas, símbolos, sitios, elementos emocionales, ángeles, organizaciones, armas, acción, todo en un intervalo de 23 segundos. Este opening es la viva esencia de lo que es esta serie, mucho contenido, mucho que detallar e indagar, muchos secretos y una gran profundidad en la psicología humana. Quiero hacer mención, que me pareció gracioso como colocaron la cara de Kaworu dibujado como un boceto en un fondo rojo en menos de un segundo entre varias imágenes tan rápido que no se nota fácilmente.
It is a fascinating opening with its theme song "Zankoku na Tenshi no Thesis" (A Cruel Angel's Thesis)" by the interpreter Yoko Takahashi, which has become iconic since the 90's where I dare to say that even those who have not seen Evangelion know this song.
Es un opening fascinante con su tema “Zankoku na Tenshi no Thesis” (A Cruel Angel's Thesis)" por la intérprete Yoko Takahashi, que se ha vuelto ícono desde los 90 donde me atrevo a decir que hasta el que no ha visto Evangelion sabe de esta canción.
2) Karneval - Opening
Karneval for me is one of those series that are like those jewels that nobody takes into account because it does not shine enough. It is a series with an excellent animation that has a different story about a boy who has made a living as a bounty hunter as well as a thief sometimes, by fate he meets a white-haired boy who does not know how to communicate properly and ends up getting attached to him as if he were a pet ... Which was not far from being so because this boy, Nai, is actually a very rare animal that was even thought almost extinct but for unknown reasons now has human form. They end up at the Circus Association who take them in and at the same time support each other to solve that riddle and many others. The opening is visually beautiful, lots of colors and a good animation game using shadows and many elements between figures and symbols in the background. Touching the circus elements with which in some moments is associated to the events of the series to introduce the main characters with background elements that show their psychological implications and some elements that within the series are explained. The members of Circus are shown in a fluid way from their silhouettes to their weapons until the chorus starts with action. One thing that stands out is that the series is not described on its own in the opening so it is very difficult to know exactly what it is about just by watching this so it is not the kind of series that might cause someone to want to watch it just for the idea of what it might be about, but perhaps for its good aesthetics.
The song is called "Henai no Rondo" and it has that pop-rock style that the band GRANRODEO is known for.
Karneval para mi es de esas series que son como esas joyas que nadie toma en cuenta porque no brilla lo suficiente. Es una serie con una excelente animación que cuenta con una historia diferente a lo común sobre un chico que se ha ganado la vida como cazarecompensas así también como haciendo de ladrón en ocasiones, por cosas del destino se encuentra con un chico de cabello blanco que no sabe comunicarse apropiadamente y termina apegándose a él como si fuera una mascota… Lo cual no estaba muy lejos de ser así ya que este chico, Nai, es en realidad un animal muy raro que hasta se creía casi extinto pero por razones desconocidas tiene ahora forma humana. Ellos terminan en la asociación Circus los cuales los acogen y al mismo tiempo se apoyan entre sí para resolver ese enigma y muchos otros. El opening es visualmente hermoso, muchos colores y un buen juego de animación utilizando las sombras y muchos elementos entre figuras y símbolos en el fondo. Tocando los elementos de circo con los que en algunos momentos se asocia a los eventos de la serie para ir introduciendo a los personajes principales con elementos de fondo que muestran sus implicaciones psicológicas y algunos elementos que dentro de la serie se dejan explicar. Los miembros de Circus se van mostrando de manera fluida desde sus siluetas a sus armas hasta arrancar el coro con acción. Algo que se destaca es que la serie no se describe por su cuenta en el opening por lo que es muy difícil saber exactamente de qué trata con solo ver esto por lo que no es del tipo de serie que pueda causar que alguien quiera verla solo por la idea de que pueda tratar, pero si tal vez por su buena estética.
La canción se llama “Henai no Rondo” y tiene ese estilo de pop-rock con el que su banda intérprete, GRANRODEO, se caracteriza.
3) 3) Gankutsuou (The Count of Montecristo) – Opening
I don't know if any of you are familiar with the classic novel by Alexandre Dumas "The Count of Monte Cristo", but this anime is based on that novel but with differences, the whole story takes place in a more futuristic Earth keeping the style of dress, decoration and social life that is described in the novel. The main focus of the novel is portrayed in the series although they emphasize the story of some secondary characters as well. It is an excellent series with sublime visuals, very different from the usual anime style. The characters have a drawing as realistic as possible, the background decoration is beautiful and something spectacular is the design of the costumes as they use something that I have only seen in this series and is that the prints on the clothes does not remain static, I do not really know how to describe it, but there is "life" in the fashion that is used. All this unique visual style is also transported in its opening, which is characterized by using a palette of beige, dark, gray colors to describe what is presented there and leave that essence of classic novel. The song is completely in English and narrates from the perspective of Edmond Dantes (the protagonist) what he lived and felt before he was betrayed, it is also a love letter to Mercedes. We are shown all the characters starting with Edmond riding on his hair and then introducing the younger characters who in the novel had no relevance but now have a space to expand their stories. Then we are shown among roses with the chorus theme "You and I were lovers" to Mercedes before focusing on a set of roses, thorns and branches to all the characters and then only show his three friends who betrayed him and thus close the song with some seagulls flying in a blue sky.
It is an excellent series and I totally recommend it. The song is romantic although it has a sad tone, it is called "We Were Lovers" by Jean-Jacques Burnel.
No sé si alguno estará familiarizado con la novela clásica de Alejandro Dumas “El Conde de Montecristo”, pero este anime está basado en dicha novela pero con diferencias, toda la historia ocurre en una Tierra más futurística manteniendo el estilo de vestimenta, decoración y vida social que es descrita en la novela. El foco principal de la novela es retratado en la serie aunque hacen énfasis en la historia de algunos personajes secundarios también. Es una serie excelente y con apartado visual sublime, muy diferente al estilo usual en los anime. Los personajes tienen un dibujo lo más realista posible, la decoración de fondo es hermosa y algo espectacular es el diseño de los vestuarios ya que usan algo que solo he visto en esta serie y es que los estampados en la ropa no permanece estático, no se de verdad como describirlo, pero hay “vida” en la moda que se usa. Todo este estilo visual único se transporta también en su opening, el cual se caracteriza por usar una paleta de colores beige, oscuros, grises para describir lo que se presenta ahí y dejar esa esencia de novela clásica. La canción es completamente en inglés y narra desde la perspectiva de Edmond Dantes (el protagonista) lo que vivió y sintió antes de que fuese traicionado, también es una carta de amor a Mercedes. Nos muestran a todos los personajes empezando con Edmond montado en su cabello para luego ir introduciendo a los personajes más jóvenes que en la novela no tenían relevancia pero que ahora tienen un espacio para expandir sus historias. Luego nos muestran entre rosas con el tema del coro “You and I were lovers” a Mercedes antes de enfocar en un conjunto de rosas, espinas y ramas a todos los personajes para luego solo mostrar a sus tres amigos que lo traicionaron y así cerrar la canción con unas gaviotas volando en un cielo azul.
Es una serie excelente y la recomiendo totalmente. La canción es romántica aunque tiene su tono triste, se titula “We Were Lovers” de Jean-Jacques Burnel.
4) Ousama Ranking - Opening 2
Ousama Ranking is one of the most beautiful series I have seen in recent months, I confess that I underestimated it and hesitated to watch it because I misjudged it because of its drawing style, I thought it was a children's series both for that and for the fact that its protagonist was a boy with a big smile, I was wrong. This series has a powerful message regarding discrimination, courage, self-confidence, facing adversity, love, true friendship, purity of heart, not letting being different from others make you give up on your goals and dreams, understanding that each person has his or her own strengths. WIT studio did a great job in creating an animation style to simulate a story, it's basically a story for young and old with a story of heroism, adventure and with its parts of drama. I admit that this series made me almost cry on a couple of occasions.
Ousama Ranking es de las series más hermosas que vi en estos últimos meses, confieso que la subestimé y dudé en verla porque la juzgué mal por su estilo de dibujo, pensé que era una serie infantil tanto por eso como por el hecho que su protagonista era un niño con una gran sonrisa, me equivoqué. Esta serie tiene un poderoso mensaje con respecto a la discriminación, el valor, la confianza en uno mismo, el enfrentar adversidades, el amor, la amistad verdadera, la pureza del corazón, a no permitir que ser diferente a otros te haga rendirte de tus metas y sueños, a entender que cada persona tiene sus propias fortalezas. El estudio WIT hizo un gran trabajo al crear un estilo de animación para simular un cuento, es básicamente un cuento para jóvenes y adultos con una historia de heroísmo, aventura y con sus partes de drama. Admito que esta serie me hizo casi llorar en un par de ocasiones.
The first opening is extremely simple and to me at least it doesn't transmit anything but this one has an impressive animation and emotional charge. The opening, being a couple of seconds in silence shows our protagonist, Bojji, making shadow figures with his best friend Kage, a creature with only his eyes visible in shadow form. Then we have the emotional background of both of them, the discrimination towards Bojji for being deaf and dumb and yet, for being the prince of the kingdom they treat him with pity, he is aware of it and keeps his smile until erasing it when he is alone. Kage on the other hand suffers discrimination because of his appearance, because of his shape and when he sees a mother with her daughter, he remembers with a tear in his eye his own. At the beginning of the pre-chorus, clips and images related to the background of both characters and what they would find in the second arc of the story appear in a fluid way, as well as the experiences of other characters. Between images of characters there is room to enjoy the ambience, details in the vegetation, clouds and even the houses. The beginning of the chorus has clues of all the main events that will occur, appearing in a fluid way, with a relationship in the color palette, without strange pauses or out of place to the rhythm of the song. The characters are shown by groups, characters that Bojji is getting to know on his journey, the palace guards and his brother to then give us a beautiful set of images of the love-filled moments: The past of the two-headed snake and the one who took care of him and raised him, Kage and his mother, Bojji and his stepmother, as he is embraced by her very personal clips of him appear, his training, his strength, his courage, his principles, the places he would visit until finally separating from her and seeing a long shadow from which his best friend emerges giving him support.
This opening is a complete reflection of what the series wants to show, I totally recommend it and it is not a waste at all. The song is beautiful and talks about inner strength and the desire to be a hero to face life, it's called "Hadaka no Yuusha" by Vaundy.
El primer opening es sumamente sencillo y a mí por lo menos no me transmite nada pero en cambio este tiene una animación y carga emocional impresionante. El inicio, siendo un par de segundos en silencio muestra nuestro protagonista, Bojji, haciendo figuras de sombras con su mejor amigo Kage, una criatura con solo sus ojos visible con forma de sombra. Luego tenemos el trasfondo emocional de ambos, la discriminación hacia Bojji por ser sordomudo y aun así, por ser el príncipe del reino lo tratan con lástima, él está consciente de ello y mantiene su sonrisa hasta borrarla cuando está solo. Kage en cambio sufre discriminación por su aspecto, por su forma y al ver a una madre con su hija recuerda con una lágrima en su ojo la de él. Al inicio del pre coro aparecen de manera fluida clips e imágenes relacionadas con el trasfondo de ambos personajes y lo que encontrarían en ese segundo arco de la historia, también las vivencias de otros personajes. Entre imágenes de personajes hay lugar para disfrutar la ambientación que posee, detalles en la vegetación, nubes e incluso las casas. El inicio del coro posee pistas de todos los principales eventos que ocurrirán, apareciendo de forma fluida, con una relación en la paleta de colores, sin pausas extrañas o fuera de lugar al ritmo de la canción. Los personajes son mostrados por grupos, personajes que Bojji va conociendo en su viaje, los guardias del palacio y su hermano para luego darnos un hermoso conjunto de imágenes de los momentos llenos de amor: El pasado de la serpiente de dos cabezas y de quien lo cuidó y crió, Kage y su madre, Bojji y su madrastra, al ser abrazado por ella aparecen clips muy personales de él, su entrenamiento, su fortaleza, su valor, sus principios, los lugares que visitaría hasta finalmente separarse de ella y ver una larga sombra de la cual sale su mejor amigo dándole apoyo.
Este opening es un reflejo completo de lo que la serie quiere demostrar, la recomiendo totalmente y no es un para nada un desperdicio. La canción es hermosa y habla de la fuerza interna y del deseo de ser un héroe para enfrentar la vida, se llama “Hadaka no Yuusha” de Vaundy.
5) 5) Jujutsu Kaisen – Opening 2
Last time I couldn't believe I overlooked this series, both openings are spectacular but I think this one is the best between the two. While the anime is very well animated (of course MAPPA would do something excellent), this opening is even better than what we've seen in the series. The animations are extremely fluid, the camera changes give an even greater depth effect, the characters have a more realistic effect while at times playing with the illusion of fantasy that characterizes the series by using dark yet bright colors. The inanimate elements have so much detail that it's hard to believe it's from an opening. As in the previous openings in this list, all the clips appear in a fluid manner, fitting together perfectly despite the short time between one and the other to the rhythm of the song. The fight scenes are visually exquisite and the design of the faces, especially Gojou's eyes, is spectacular.
La última vez no pude creer que haya pasado por alto a esta serie, ambos openings son espectaculares pero creo que este es el mejor entre ambos. Si bien el anime está muy bien animado (por supuesto que MAPPA haría algo excelente), este opening es aún mejor que lo visto en la serie. Las animaciones son sumamente fluidas, los cambios de cámara dan un efecto de profundidad aun mayor, los personajes tienen un efecto más realista mientras que en ocasiones se juega con la ilusión de la fantasía que caracteriza a la serie usando colores oscuros y a la vez brillantes. Los elementos inanimados tienen tanto detalle que cuesta creer que sea de un opening. Como en los openings anteriores de esta lista, todos los clips van apareciendo de manera fluida, encajando perfectamente a pesar del corto tiempo entre uno y otro al ritmo de la canción. Las escenas de combate son una exquisitez visual y el diseño de los rostros, en especial los ojos de Gojou, espectacular.
The opening shows the characters in situations that are not tied to the events of that story arc but serve as an introduction to them for both the main and supporting cast. In the chorus we see a fantastic way action scenes that pass from one to another pausing to show images of relevant issues for certain characters and then resume the action to the rhythm of the song with the protagonist and using Gojou at one point. The opening starts by closing the electric guitar and then the whole opening is returned in three seconds.
I wish we could have more openings made in this way and see anime in this way, it is true that it is not easy because of the economic factor but MAPPA does not hesitate to bet on projects that they believe will be a success. As a trivia element: A few months ago I read on Twitter that the first part of the opening used artistic references for it and a lot of symbolism, that's why the characters are perceived somewhat out of place in those situations. The song is called "Vivid Vice" by Who-ya Extended.
El opening muestra en gran parte del inicio hasta llegar al coro a los personajes en situaciones que no están atadas a los eventos de ese arco argumental pero sirven de presentación para ellos tanto para el elenco principal como para los secundarios. En el coro se ve una manera fantástica escenas de acción que pasan de una a otra haciendo una pausa para mostrar imágenes de temas relevantes para ciertos personajes y luego retomar la acción al ritmo de la canción con el protagonista y usando en un momento a Gojou. El opening empieza cerrar la mostrar la guitarra eléctrica y luego se regresa todo el opening en tres segundos.
Ojalá pudiéramos tener más openings hechos de esta manera y ver anime de esta manera, es verdad que no es fácil por el factor económico pero MAPPA no duda en apostar a los proyectos que creen que serán un éxito. Como elemento trivia: Hace unos meses leí en Twitter que la primera parte del opening usó referencias artísticas para ello y mucho simbolismo, por eso los personajes se perciben algo fuera de lugar en esas situaciones. La canción se llama “Vivid Vice” de Who-ya Extended.
It is fascinating to see that an anime is more than just stories that keep us hooked, it also offers us in many occasions audiovisual works that end up tying us to one more. Many openings become so iconic that we can't help but play the animated video in our heads when we hear the song, but it's also nice to see how there are animation studios that put so much love into the projects that they even create so many details in these openings.
Es fascinante ver que un anime es más que solo historias que nos tienen enganchados, también nos ofrece en muchas ocasiones trabajos audiovisuales que nos terminan atando a un más. Muchos opening se hacen tan icónicos que no podemos evitar reproducir el video animado en nuestras cabezas al escuchar la canción, pero también es agradable ver como hay estudios de animación que le ponen tanto cariño a los proyectos que hasta crean tantos detalles en estos openings.

Personalmente, por lejos los que más me gustan son Ousama y Jujutsu. Tanto por la ambientación como por la animación de los mismos. Son excelentes.
Y también concuerdo, con que en Ousama el segundo es demasiado bueno, pero el primero si que estaba medio Meh. No me genero tampoco nada atractivo a la vista.
