but how do you utilise them? Can you swap out the busker card for a better musician? Or can you allocate an instrument card to yourself to improve your playing? We couldnt seem to work out whether this was possible, but it certainly looks as if that should be the next step.... he already bought a bunch of cards

The stats of the cards accumulate to affect what you earn. When you get to a certain level you can 'form a band' where you match musicians and instruments. Then you get to hear what they sound like. You should be able to hear my band here. There are various things you can do like promoting music and collecting wristbands. I just bought a vinyl album 'NFT' through the game.
aha. we discovered that he had to press the refresh collection button on his collection. Apparently it just looked like a hyperlink, but it turns out its pretty frickin important! now he has hundreds of fans! And he can put his cards in to his band. yay!
Is he posting about the game? A lot of players are, but I won't milk that too much.

ok so maybe its just ewan isnt high level enough to put his cards in to his band. Seems weird that it would say unlocked on the card spaces but there we go....Im sure he'll be a star someday and we can all look back and laugh at the times we got chased by the police and ate cold pizza off the floor
