Reciclar forma parte de mi día a día más allá de crear manualidades haciendo uso de materiales desechados, inculco este hábito a mis familiares y hago un esfuerzo por no generar tantos desperdicios en mi hogar, los cambios suceden poco a poco esos pequeños actos de creatividad le dan un respiro a nuestro ecosistema, para reciclar no existen barreras existen muchas formas de hacerlo, personalmente prefiero usar mi ingenio y dar una nueva utilidad a los materiales en desuso, por ello hoy les mostraré dos diferentes maneras de reciclar plástico (envases y botellas plásticas), ambas creaciones están hechas para decorar el baño, son simples de realizar pero con un acabado hermoso.

Recycling is part of my daily life beyond creating crafts using discarded materials, I instill this habit in my family and make an effort to not generate so much waste in my home, the changes happen little by little these small acts of creativity give a break to our ecosystem, to recycle there are no barriers, there are many ways to do it, personally I prefer to use my ingenuity and give a new use to disused materials, so today I will show you two different ways to recycle plastic (plastic bottles and containers), both creations are made to decorate the bathroom, are simple to make but with a beautiful finish.

Materiales. || Materials.

1 botella plástica, 1 envase usado de mantequilla, tela negra, tela blanca, tijeras y pegamento.

1 plastic bottle, 1 used container of butter, black cloth, white cloth, scissors and glue.

Paso a paso. || Step by step.

1) Jabonera. || Soapbox.

▪️ Para realizar la jabonera utilicé un envase de mantequilla sin usar, recorté una tira de tela negra y envolví el envase.

▪️ To make the soap dish I used a container of unused butter, cut out a strip of black cloth and wrapped the container.

▪️ Decoré la tapa de la jabonera con lazos, quería que fuese lo más simple posible, recorté 3 rectángulos de 10cm de ancho x 7cm de alto, hice varios dobles hasta formar un lazo y en el centro coloqué una tira, repetí el proceso hasta realizar 3 lazos alternando colores.

▪️ I decorated the lid of the soap dish with ribbons, I wanted it to be as simple as possible, I cut 3 rectangles of 10cm wide x 7cm high, in it I made several doubles until forming a ribbon and in the center I placed a strip, I repeated the process until making 3 ribbons alternating colors.

▪️ Finalmente pegué los 3 lazos sobre la tapa de la jabonera.

▪️ Finally I glued the 3 loops on the lid of the soap dish.

2) Porta papel higiénico. || Toilet paper holder.

▪️ Usé una botella de refresco usada, corté la parte central de la botella para esta manualidad (reservé el resto de la botella para futuras creaciones), luego hice una abertura con unas tijeras, seguido de ello corte tiras de tela negra y comencé a realizar flecos en los lados usando pegamento.

▪️ I used a used soda bottle, cut the center part of the bottle for this craft (I reserved the rest of the bottle for future creations), then made an opening with scissors, followed by cutting strips of black fabric and started making bangs on the sides using glue.

▪️ Para un mejor acabado pegué una tira de tela blanca sobre el inicio de los flecos, también realicé un lazo en color negro y lo pegué sobre la abertura, por último pegué en la parte trasera una tira negra para poder colgar el porta papel higiénico.

▪️ For a better finish I pasted a strip of white fabric on the beginning of the bangs, I also made a black ribbon and pasted it over the opening, finally I pasted in the back a black strip to hang the toilet paper holder.
