Greetings #hive friends, happy Tuesday I hope everyone is well. Today I want to share with you how to make some chicks with an egg carton, ideal for our children to put into practice and have fun, it is very easy, fast and simple to do.
Materiales:
- Cartón de huevo
- Cartulina de colores blanco y azul
- Pintura amarilla
- Papel crepe verde y amarillo
- Tijeras
- Pincel
- Silicón
Materials:
- Egg carton
- Cardboard in white and blue colors
- Yellow paint
- Green and yellow crepe paper

Paso a paso
Separamos 3 compartimientos del cartón de huevos, pegamos la orilla con silicón. Luego pintamos con la pintura al frío de color amarillo.
Step by Step
We separate 3 compartments of the egg carton, glue the edge with silicone. Then we paint with the cold yellow paint.
Cortamos tiras de 4 cm de ancho del papel crepe para formar las hojas. Plegamos las tiras en forma de acordeón y cortamos a lo largo de manera de imitar las hojas. Luego pegamos sobre el borde del fondo de la tapa, que servirá de base.
We cut 4 cm wide strips from the crepe paper to form the sheets. We fold the strips in the shape of an accordion and cut lengthwise to imitate the leaves. Then we glue on the edge of the bottom of the lid, which will serve as the base.
Para hacer los ojos con el perforador cortamos 6 círculos blanco y 6 azul y los pegamos uno sobre otro. Para el pico dibujamos la figura de un rombo y lo doblamos por la mitad.
To make the eyes with the perforator we cut 6 white and 6 blue circles and glue them one on top of the other. For the beak we draw the shape of a rhombus and fold it in half.
Para hacer la cresta de los pollitos, cortamos 3 tiras de papel crepe amarillo de 7 cm de ancho x 50 cm de largo. Doblamos por la mitad y lo enrollamos en un lápiz y luego hacemos pequeños cortes y formamos mechones. Pegamos en uno de los extremos y rizamos con las tijeras en el otro extremo.
To make the crest of the chicks, we cut 3 strips of yellow crepe paper 7 cm wide x 50 cm long. We fold it in half, roll it in a pencil, and then make small cuts and form strands. We glue at one end and curl with the scissors at the other end.
En este paso pegaremos las tiras verdes sobre el borde de la base.
In this step we will glue the green strips on the edge of the base.
Luego pegamos las crestas y los picos a cada uno de los pollitos.
Then we glue the ridges and beaks to each of the chicks.
Por último pegamos los ojos a cada pollito. Y de esta manera fácil, rápida y sencilla tenemos listos unos pollitos elaborados con material de provecho.
Finally we glue the eyes to each chick. And in this easy, fast and simple way we have ready some chicks made with useful material.
