MAKING PUDDINGS FROM UNRIPE BANANA..

Hello Hiveans, it's a pleasure to meet you all again and so today I'll be sharing a very Essential meal recipe with you all. This meal is strongly eaten and most likely equivalent to the Nigerian society and African culture..
It's locally called "Ator-mboro"..
So let's get started;
First, peel your unripe banana and rinse them in clean water.

Get your grater and grate the banana. After this process, ensure you add palm-oil and seasoning cube to the grated banana for taste.

In a clean pot, pour in water, add fish/meat, add seasoning cubes, add grinded crayfish, salt(optional) then allow to steam for few minutes.

Add your Perewinkle into the bioling Water.

Using your hands cut the already grated banana into the pot of boiling condiments, add your red oil.

Allow it to cook for 3-4min then stir carefully using a spatula, then allow to cook for few minutes then take it off from the heat..
Add your scent or curry leaf.

Boom your meal is ready..
