Entendí que las ninfas son insectos pequeños en etapa de inmadurez. Las ninfas pueden vivir años debajo de la tierra. Durante ese período se alimentan de las raíces de los árboles. Cuando pasan a la fase adulta lo hacen fuera de la tierra.
I understood that nymphs are small insects in the immature stage. Nymphs can live for years under the ground. During that period they feed on tree roots. When they pass to the adult stage they do so outside the soil.
Es es este momento cuando las ninfas cambian de aspecto. Largan el cuero, desarrollan su aparato reproductor e inician el ciclo de apareamiento.

Conseguí varios cueros adheridos a las hojas de las plantas. El capuchón largado por el insecto queda intacto, incluso las patas quedan adheridas a la hoja con el mismo agarre como si fuese el insecto con vida. Traté de despegar una y costó fuerza.

Hola @belkisa758 Gracias por conpartir tus hallazgos con nosotros, estos animales son asombrosos tienen un aspecto bastante extraño pero no dejan de ser hermosos, aca en mexico se les dice chicharras y se pueden escuchar al atardecer cantar, los ancianos dicen que le cantan a la lluvia.:)
