I've been doing a lot of thinking lately and I noticed that my technique has not only improved but changed drastically from when I first started sketching. I also noticed that my subjects have changed from dramatic fictional characters and aged portraits to mostly that of celebrities. I guessed I followed what caught the crowd.
In the past weeks however, I've tried making more anonymous portraits and random figures most of which I'll be sharing bit by bit. I'm currently keeping them for my eyes only....lol.
Today I'll be sharing with you a portrait I made some two weeks ago of the Veteran actor Roberto de Niro. I somehow recollected the first portrait I made of him, how dramatic it was, and how much attention it caught. In contrast, the second was made in a hurry and wasn't well done and so I thought of making this, and sharing it with you.
