Splinterlands is a game of this generation with bounty bonus and new features coming everytime. It is a place of fun and pleasure. A place i like to be always. Sometimes, I come to splinterlands when I have challenges and it really helped me. That was the reason I talked about splinterlands is not just a game but where to learn and cope with your environment. It is a great opportunity for me to be among splinterlords.
This week challenge is to use enchanted defender to create a battle and tell us more about the effective position to use it, how will it not be eliminated by sneaky and opportunity monsters because of one health.
ENCHANTED DEFENDER
Enchanted defender is a neutral Monster with different melee attack at different levels. One of the features of this monster that scares me most is "one health". It also possessed 2 armor but it doesn't stop magic monsters to eliminate it at a strike. To get the ability of this monster, you need to leveled up to level 5 which is quite interesting.
BATTLE RULES
•Reverse Speed: Monsters with the lowest speed attack first and have the highest chance of evading attacks.
•Lost Magic:. Monsters with magic attack may not be used in the battle.
BATTLE LINE UP
•The Kraken: I intentionally used this monster here because:
It will attract the interest of all opponent's monsters and allow my monster to attack based on their abilities in different positions.
It will allow my enchanted defender to work effectively without being eliminated by opportunity monsters.
It will delay from reaching enchanted defender because of high number of health.
• Enchanted Defender: this is the major Subject of the battle. Even me I never know where enchanted defender is very effective, that is the reason I don't use it in a battle.
Enchanted Defender is good when the rules of the battle does not permit sneaky and opportunity monsters. It is also very effective where you can use "taunt" Monsters because all opponent monsters will be targeting it.
Hence, I placed it adjacent to the first monster which will not allow it to be eliminated due to taunt even though opportunity and sneaky monsters are in the battle. it is also its position to attack.
•Crustace King: this long range Monster always be my favorite in some battles due to its 'increased Heath' in each round of the battle. The main reason I used it here was to give the kraken more health which made it stay longer in the Battle. But you should be aware that whenever affliction is used in the battle, once it afflicted; crustace king will no longer be effective.
•Sand Worm: The major reason I used this sneaky monster was the melee attack. It has seven melee attack that can eliminate monster with just a single attack, and also the way it attack from behind. Sand worm destroyed octopider with just two attack, eliminated Dark Astronomer with just a strike.
•Water Elemental: this monster is not effective in this type of Battle with the rules of 'reverse speed', but I was fortunate not to paired with a battler of very strong Monsters. Placed it here incase of sneaky monsters, it will keep increasing the health and delay from reaching sand worm.
•Furious Chicken: I used it here because I have used up my Mana. I used it to filled it up.
DO MY STRATEGIES WORK?
Yes, it works. I won the battle, I defeated the opponent. Despite the absent of its ability, I love it.
DO YOU LIKE ENCHANTED DEFENDER?
I like it because if enchanted defender is in level 5, it would have been the best to fight. Its ability is so enticing and good. The last time I fought with enchanted defender, I was defeated because all my monsters were attacked and destroyed by thorns.
