Welcome back to my other #splinterlands post. Today I will introduce you to an interesting monster called "CAVE SLUG".
These monsters are from the southern Khymeria, a dank place known as Baluthar's Deep. It is said that there are many treasures hidden in that dark place of Baluthar's Deep. But what treasure hunters usually find the most is the horrible cave monster. One of the best known is the "CAVE SLUG".
Here in this post, I will share a battle using "CAVE SLUG", which is a LIFE Monster and has the "Opportunity" ability.
By this post, I am going to attend in SHARE YOUR BATTLE Weekly Challenge! CAVE SLUG which is organized by @splinterlands.

I was using my LIFE Summoner "MOTHER KHALA" along with "SILVERSHIELD PALADIN" in level 1, "SILVERSHIELD KNIGHT" in level 1, "CAVE SLUG" in level 1, "SILVERSHIELD ASSASSIN" in level 1, "HERBALIST" in level 1.
Now Let Me introduced you to The Cards I have Used In The Battle.
SUMMONER: MOTHER KHALA(RARE LIFE Summoner)
"Mother Khala" is the oldest practicing summoner of Khymeria. She always has a smile on her face while fighting in the battle. She is very old and wears heavy knit clothing of various bright colors.
This Summoner can give extra +1 Life to the all-friendly monster.
It cost only 03 mana to use in the battle.
NO 1: SILVERSHIELD PALADIN(RARE LIFE Monster)
"SILVERSHIELD PALADIN" is a Rare Life monster that has the "Shield" ability. At level 1, this monster comes with,
1 Melee attack
2 Speed
5 Health and 1 Armor.
"SILVERSHIELD PALADIN" is one of the best life monsters I have on my list. This rare monster with its "Shield" ability can deal with a lot of damage. "Shield" ability reduce the damage from the enemy Ranged and Melee attack monsters.
It cost only 05 mana to use in the battle.
NO 2: SILVERSHIELD KNIGHT(COMMON LIFE Monster)
"SILVERSHIELD KNIGHT" is a Common Life monster that has the "Inspire" ability. At level 1, this monster comes with,
1 Melee attack
2 Speed
5 Health and 1 Armor.
This Common Life monster "SILVERSHIELD KNIGHT" has a unique ability, which is "Inspire". This ability allows this monster to give an extra +1 Melee attack power to all friendly monsters.
It cost only 06 mana to use in the battle.
NO 3: CAVE SLUG(COMMON LIFE Monster)
"CAVE SLUG" is a Common Life monster that has the "Opportunity" ability. At level 1, this monster comes with,
2 Melee attack
1 Speed
4 Health.
This monster can play a very effective role in battle. "CAVE SLUG" is very dangerous with its "Opportunity" ability. This ability allow this Melee attack power monster to attack from any position in the battle. Also, this monster attacks low-health monsters first and kills them early in the battle to weaken the opponent's team.
It cost only 05 mana to use in the battle.
NO 4: SILVERSHIELD ASSASSIN(RARE LIFE Monster)
"SILVERSHIELD ASSASSIN" is a Rare Life monster that has the "Sneak" and "Double Strike" ability. At level 1, this monster comes with,
1 Melee attack
3 Speed
5 Health.
"SILVERSHIELD ASSASSIN" cost a bit more mana but I must say this monster is worth every mana. With its "Sneak" and "Double Strike" ability, this monster can attack the last position enemy monster twice at a time.
It cost only 07 mana to use in the battle.

The opponent was using 2 "Snipe" ability monsters and all 2 of them are the fastest monsters in this battle. As we all know "Snipe" ability monsters first targets the Ranged and Magic attack monsters, these 2 monsters "DEATH ELEMENTAL" and "TWISTED JESTER" attacks on my only one Ranged attack monster and killed that monster very early.

"CAVE SLUG" with "Oppoetunity" ability was doing a great work in the battle field. This mosnter always targets the low health opponent's monster. At round 1, this monster "CAVE SLUG" killed opponent's monster "MAGGOTS" and at the 2nd round, it killed oppoent's monster "TWISTED JESTER".

My Melee attack monster "SILVERSHIELD PALADIN" was getting a lot of hits from enemy monsters. The enemy monster "BONE GOLEM" with 3 Melee attack power and also the "DEATH ELEMENTAL" with 1 Magic attack was doing a lot damage. But "Shiled" ability helps to reduce the damage from these enemy monsters.

That Rare Life monster "SILVERSHIELD ASSASSIN" has no marcy to opponent's monsters. As I told you before that this monster comes with 2 ability at level 1 and one them is "Double Strike" which allow this monster to strike on enemy monsters twice at a single round. Taking the advantage of "Double Strike", "SILVERSHIELD ASSASSIN" killed two of opponent's monster "DEATH ELEMENTAL" and "SKELETON ASSASSIN".

After opponent's monster "BONE GOLEM" was killed by "CAVE SLUG", only one Melee attack monster "HAUNTED SPIRIT" was alive in enemy team. It was sure victory for me because 3 of my monsters were still alive in this battle. "HAUNTED SPIRIT" tried to fight back but that didn't work well. At the last hit of round 7, "CAVE SLUG", killed that last enemy monster and I won the battle.
