Very good morning my dear readers, Happy Monday and I hope you have a very good week, I want to share with you today Adelaida, The Ancient Queen Poison, Adelaida is an evil and powerful Queen of a fantastic world, which has 300 years ruling the kingdom of High Tusk, one of the 5 great Kingdoms controlled by her and her brothers, Adelaide's family are a special race of creatures which live hundreds of years and maintain a long youth, they also have a powerful poison in their fangs, which with a single drop is enough to kill dozens of people, in fact this poison is used to punish crimes and offenses perpetrated against royalty. I hope you like the process of this work and without further ado I leave you here below:
Muy buen día mis queridos lectores, Feliz Lunes y espero tengan una muy buena semana, quiero compartirles el día de hoy a Adelaida, La Antigua Reina Veneno, Adelaida es una malvada y poderosa Reina de un mundo fantástico, la cual tiene 300 años gobernando el reino de Colmillo Alto, uno de los 5 grandes Reinos controlados por ella y sus hermanos, la familia de Adelaida son una raza especial de criaturas las cuales viven Cientos de años y mantienen una larga juventud, además poseen un poderoso veneno en sus colmillos, el cual con una sola gota es suficiente para dar muerte a decenas de personas, de hecho este veneno es utilizado para castigar los crímenes y delitos perpetrados contra realeza. Espero les guste el proceso de esta obra y sin más se los dejo aquí abajo:
PROCESS / PROCESO
First I started with many lines to structure a good sketch, I created many lines and made many thick strokes to get the shape of the body as proportionate as possible, I decided to draw Adelaide sitting on her royal throne, finally I got a suitable shape for her and for the throne, and then I proceeded to outline everything to continue with the application of the basic colors for the different parts of the drawing, in the case of the skin I started with fairly opaque tones to gradually give a better painted.
Primero inicie con muchas líneas para ir estructurando un buen boceto, cree muchas líneas y realice muchos trazos gruesos para lograr conseguir la forma del cuerpo lo más proporcionado posible, decidí dibujar a Adelaida sentada en su trono real, finalmente conseguí una forma adecuada para ella y para el Trono, y allí si procedí delinear todo para continuar con la aplicación de los colores básicos para las diferentes partes del dibujo, en el caso de la piel comencé con tonos bastante opacos para poco a poco irle dando un mejor pintado.
The next thing after giving a good volume to the skin was to make the specific details that would give an appearance and personality to this character, I used pink and gray tones quite opaque for the eyes, lips and fangs and that was how I managed to print a cold and calculating appearance to Adelaide's face, then in new layers I added more and more details that would give the final shape to the face of Queen Venom.
Lo siguiente luego de darle un buen volumen a la piel fue realizar los detalles específicos que le dieran una apariencia y una personalidad a este personaje, use tonos rosa y grises bastante opacos para los ojos, labios y colmillos y fue así como logre imprimir una apariencia fría y calculadora al rostro de Adelaida, luego en nuevas capas fui añadiendo mas y mas detalles que serian los que le darían la forma final al rostro de la Reina Veneno.
After having the skin and its details ready I continued with the painting of Adelaida's dress, I decided to use a light gray base color for the dress which little by little I added small wrinkles to make it look a little more realistic; after finishing with the dress the next thing was to paint the hair, I decided to use gray tones similar to those of the dress to give a mature look to the hair and therefore also to Adelaide, for this I created a couple of layers so that the hair was taking relief and volume, and finally using the watercolor brush I was creating the thin strands of hair that would give the final shape to the hair.
Luego de tener la piel y sus detalles listos proseguí con el pintado de la vestimenta de Adelaida, decidí emplear una base de color gris claro para el vestido el cual poco a poco le fui añadiendo pequeñas arrugas para hacerlo ver un poco más realista; luego de terminar con el vestido lo siguiente fue el pintado del cabello, decidí utilizar tonos grises parecidos a los del vestido para darle una apariencia bastante madura al cabello y por ende también a Adelaida, para esto cree un par de capas de modo que el pelo fuera tomando relieve y volumen, ya finalmente utilizando el pincel acuarela fui creando los delgados mechones de cabello que le darían la forma final al pelo.
Finally I focused on creating a good background for this work, at first I had already established a base color for the royal chair of Adelaide's throne, so all I did was to add textural details to the wood of the chair, first I created a new layer and used very strong shades of brown and so I managed to get a look as close as possible to the wood, then I did the same with the padded area of the back of the chair that is located in the inner part of the royal chair; and finally the only thing I did was to create a couple of new able for shines and shadows and in this way I finished complementing this work.
Ya por ultimo me centre en crear un buen fondo para esta obra, en un inicio ya había establecido una base de color para la silla real del trono de Adelaida, así que lo único que hice fue ir añadiendo detalles de textura a la madera de la silla, primero cree una nueva capa y utilice tonos de marrón muy fuertes y así logre conseguir una apariencia lo más parecida pasible a la madera, luego hice lo mismo con la zona acolchada del espaldar de la silla que se encuentra en la parte interna de la silla real; ya por ultimo lo único que hice fue crear un par de capaz nuevas para brillos y sombras y de esta manera termine de complementar esta obra.

Me encantó tu trabajo, admiro mucho a la gente que dibuja así de lindo, y sobre todo cuando son dibujos digitales porque imagino que son difíciles. Mi parte favorita de tu dibujo fue el cabello de Adelaida (me pareció muy natural y realista) aunque también me gustó la forma en que manejaste las luces y sombras en los detalles.
