Painting Album Covers on Old CDs | Alessia Cara - Know-It-All [ENG-ESP]

I had this idea for a long time, but I don't know why I hadn't done it. I had thought of doing this idea, not on old CDs, but on some wall in my room. Since I had said that when I painted my room, which I did, I was going to paint all my favorite albums on some wall. But I had all these old CDs, that I didn't want to throw away and that's when it came to my mind to paint the album covers on these CDs.

Tenia esta idea desde hace muchísimo tiempo, pero no se por que no la había hecho. Había pensado hacer esta idea, no en CDs viejos, sino en alguna pared de mi cuarto. Ya que había dicho que cuando pintara mi cuarto, que lo hice, iba a pintar todos mis álbumes favoritos en alguna pared. Pero tenia todos estos CDs viejos, que no quería botar y fue cuando se me vino a la mente pintar las portadas de los álbumes en estos CDs.

The first time I heard a song by Alessia, was at the end of 2015. By that time I listened to a radio on my cell phone that I loved madly, because they broadcast a program where they played only songs in English and introduced new artists. That's when I met and listened to Alessia Cara, for the first time.

La primera vez que escuche una canción de Alessia, fue a finales del 2015. Para ese entonces escucha una radio en mi celular que amaba con locura, porque transmitían un programa donde colocan solo canciones en ingles y presentaban artistas nuevos. Fue entonces cuando conocí y escuche a Alessia Cara, por primera vez.

I remember very well which was the song that was placed, because it was the song that had positioned Alessia in the U.S. radios, which was Here. I immediately went to my Deezer account to look for something about her, an EP or more songs. To my surprise, she had already released her debut album and I immediately went to listen to it and fell in love with her right then and there.

Recuerdo muy bien cual fue la canción que colocaron, porque era la canción que había posicionado a Alessia en las radios de Estados Unidos, la cual fue Here. De inmediato me fui a buscar en mi cuenta de Deezer, algo sobre ella, algún EP o más canciones. Para mi sorpresa, ya había sacado su álbum debut y yo de inmediato me fui a escucharlo y me enamore de ella en ese mismo instante.

For being almost my age at the time, I felt that the lyrics in each song were so real and so unique, that I honestly became obsessed with it. So much so that today, 5 years after the release of her first album, I still listen to it and enjoy it as much as I did the first time.

Para tener casi que mi edad en ese momento, sentí que las letras en cada canción eran tan reales y tan únicas, que yo sinceramente me obsesione con ella. De tal punto de que hoy en día, después de 5 años de haber salido su primer trabajo, lo sigo escuchando y disfrutando tanto como la primera vez.
