Fair enough, but I will say that I have been working towards getting free energy tech out in the open for 20 years... Not that I have been building anything Myself - I am a targeted, elderly, disabled, denied assistance, lost everything, destitute, and homeless lady, sheltering on a friend's floor and using His web on My 15+ year old laptop.
But I keep calling for Those with the wherewithal to do it, and as You can see above, I offer enough information to experiment with.
