¡Saludos queridos artesanos de esta hermosa comunidad de Hive! en esta mañana quiero compartirles una innovadora e inusual decoración para jardín, inspirado en uno de sus muchos habitantes conocido por su forma esbelta y por sus hábitos nocturnos, una simpática rana elaborada con cascaras de limón y algunos materiales reciclables como cepillo dental y Goma Eva, mediante varios procedimientos estos materiales formaron una original manera de crear esta graciosa figura inspirada en este anfibio.
Greetings dear artisans from this beautiful Hive community! This morning I want to share with you an innovative and unusual garden decoration, inspired by one of its many inhabitants known for its slender shape and its nocturnal habits, a nice frog made with lemon peels and some recyclable materials such as a toothbrush and foam rubber, Through various procedures, these materials formed an original way to create this graceful figure inspired by this amphibian.
Materiales:
- Pinturas al frio, naranja, negro, blanco, verde y rosa.
- Goma Eva.
- Tenaza.
- Tijera.
- Semillas.
- Pinceles.
- Cutter.
- Pistola de silicón.
- Lápiz.
- Cascaras de limón.
- Cepillos dentales.
Materials:
- Cold paints, orange, black, white, green and pink.
- EVA foam.
- Pincer.
- Scissors.
- Seeds.
- Brushes.
- Cutter.
- Silicone gun.
- Pencil.
- Lemon peels.
- Tooth-brushes.
Empezamos recortando un trozo cuadrado de Goma Eva, y en ella dibujamos las formas de las zancas de la rana para luego proceder a cortarlas.
We start by cutting out a square piece of EVA foam, and on it we draw the shapes of the frog's legs and then proceed to cut them.
Después tomamos los cepillos dentales y le recortamos la parte del mango para que sea las piernas del anfibio.
Then we take the toothbrushes and we cut the part of the handle to be the legs of the amphibian.
Ahora tomamos una de las cascaras de limón y la cortamos a la mitad, para así ir armando lo que sería el cuerpo y la cabeza de la rana. Para ello tomamos las piezas que cortamos anteriormente, las unimos dejando una abertura un poco grande y un sobresaliente como labio posterior, después pegamos atrás de ellos la cascara sobrante para que selle el otro extremo y dejando una sola abertura como boca, así parecerá como si estuviera croando.
Now we take one of the lemon peels and cut it in half, in order to assemble what would be the body and head of the frog. To do this, we take the pieces that we cut earlier, join them, leaving a slightly large opening and a protrusion as a rear lip, then we glue the remaining shell behind them to seal the other end and leave a single opening as a mouth, so it will seem as if was croaking.
Seguidamente pegamos dos semillas como ojos, los mangos de los cepillos como piernas, y debajo las zancas, a continuación le pintamos una capa inicial de color, que comprende la zona de los ojos y zancas en naranja, pecho blanco y el resto del cuerpo completamente verde.
Next we glue two seeds as eyes, the handles of the brushes as legs, and below the legs, then we paint an initial layer of color, which includes the area of the eyes and legs in orange, white chest and the rest of the body completely green.
Mientras seca la capa principal de la rana, trazamos en un trozo de goma eva la forma de la lengua de la ranita, la cual ira en rosa delineada en negro y detallada en blanco, finalmente terminamos de pintar la rana, retocando algunas zonas como el lomo que ira con varios puntitos blancos y rallas negras, pupilas largas en medio de los ojos en negro y blanco, fosas nasales como puntitos negros, fauces rosas acompañadas de su larga y ancha lengua que hacen de él una llamativa y estupenda decoración de jardín.
While the main layer of the frog dries, we trace on a piece of foam rubber the shape of the frog's tongue, which will be in pink outlined in black and detailed in white, finally we finish painting the frog, retouching some areas such as the back with several white dots and black stripes, long pupils in the middle of the eyes in black and white, nostrils like black dots, pink jaws accompanied by its long and wide tongue that make it a striking and wonderful garden decoration.
De esta manera finalizamos con esta manualidad ornamental, agradable decoración, hecha de una manera interesante e ingeniosa, mediante el uso de materiales reciclables y cascaras de limón, que crearon la contextura y gama de esta espectacular ranita.
In this way we end with this ornamental craft, pleasant decoration, made in an interesting and ingenious way, through the use of recyclable materials and lemon peels, which created the texture and range of this spectacular little frog.
