Es así como la hija de un compañero de trabajo tiene como personaje favorito a la Sirenita y eso quise hacerle este regalo, esta dulce niña a penas está en estudios de preescolar, y seguro se sentirá motivada a realizar la tarea en un cuaderno con su personaje favorito.

Lo primero que hice fue medir las capas del cuaderno encima del foami mate de color aguamarina con la finalidad de poder cubrirlo. Recuerdo que cuando fui a comprar el foami estuve buscando la lámina de medida doble carta pero solo encontré tamaño oficio, por eso tuve medir con dos láminas de foami tamaño oficio, calculando que la tapa de atrás llegará hacia delante para mostrar un frente decorado.

The first thing I did was to measure the layers of the notebook on top of the aquamarine matte foami in order to be able to cover it. I remember that when I went to buy the foami I was looking for the double letter size sheet but I only found office size, so I had to measure with two sheets of office size foami, calculating that the back cover will reach the front to show a decorated front.
Luego de tener marcado el foami mate color verde aguamarina con la medida del cuaderno, use la tijera para recortarlo y el silicona líquido para pegarlo y obtener de una vez el cuaderno totalmente forrado. Como puedes ver le realice el empate del foami doble en el lomo del cuaderno.

Al tener precisada todas piezas que requiere use la tijera para recortar con cuidado y moldear los detalles de las figuras. Use un pincel delgado y la pintura al frío color azul y blanco para dibujar los ojos de la sirena, y los marcadores para definir los detalles del rostro.

Once you have all the pieces you need, use the scissors to carefully cut out and shape the details of the figures. Use a thin brush and blue and white cold paint to draw the mermaid's eyes, and markers to define the details of the face.
Use la silicona líquido para pegar las piezas de la sirena y luego pegarla a la tapa frontal del cuaderno. Pegando además las algas en la parte de abajo para simular el fondo del mar.

Use the liquid silicone to glue the mermaid pieces and then glue it to the front cover of the notebook. Also glue the seaweed on the bottom to simulate the bottom of the sea.
Pegue las dos estrellas realizadas con foami brillante color dorado y las estrellas de color rosado brillante. Además usé la punta del pincel para pintar detalles aleatorios alrededor de toda la capa del cuaderno, con estos detalles blancos quise simular burbujas de agua. Con esto doy por terminado la decoración del cuaderno con motivo de Sirena.

Step 6:
Glue the two stars made with shiny gold foami and the shiny pink stars. I also used the tip of the brush to paint random details around the entire layer of the notebook, with these white details I wanted to simulate water bubbles. With this I finish the decoration of the notebook with Mermaid motif.
Ahora es el momento de realizar la decoración del lápiz, y quise realizar una sencilla cola de sirena. Realice un pequeño rectángulo que sería la base para moldear el lápiz. Marque la cola de sirena y una pequeña estrella con foami color rosado brillante.

Now it's time to decorate the pencil, and I wanted to make a simple mermaid tail. I made a small rectangle that would be the base to mold the pencil. Mark the mermaid tail and a small star with bright pink foami.
