Es un gran placer y alegría estar de nuevo con todos ustedes compartiendo un nuevo proyecto con mis retazos de tela. Usar nuestros retazos se ha convertido en un hábito para todos, gracias a Dios podemos reciclar esos retazos de tela que sobran.
Hoy no quiero hablar de estas piezas, esta vez no serán las protagonistas de mi post, quiero contarles un poco sobre cómo podemos conservar y decorar esas hermosas botellas de vidrio que tenemos en casa. Si bien es cierto, hemos practicado algunas estrategias para conservar esas botellas, como pintarlas o decorarlas con papel y espuma, que son muy bonitas.
Es por eso que en este post les presentaré una hermosa botella decorada con tela y una linda flor de margarita de cinta.
Estas botellas vestidas de tela son muy bonitas y puedes usar cualquier tipo de tela siempre y cuando sepas cómo usarla. Es hermoso entrar a nuestra sala, cocina o comedor y ver una hermosa botella vestida así como esta.
De esta forma no solo estás decorando una simple botella sino que también estás contribuyendo al cuidado del medio ambiente. Ahora tendrás un motivo más para quedarte con esas botellas y no tirarlas.

Using our scraps has already become a habit for everyone, thank God we can recycle those scraps of fabric that are left over. Today I do not want to talk about these pieces, this time they will not be the protagonists of my post, I want to tell you a little about how we can preserve and decorate those beautiful glass bottles that we have at home.
Although it is true, we have practiced some strategies to preserve those bottles, such as painting them or decorating them with paper and foam, which are very beautiful. That is why in this post I will present you a beautiful bottle decorated with fabric and a cute daisy flower on a bow. These fabric dressed bottles are so cute and you can use any type of fabric as long as you know how to use it. It is beautiful to enter our living room, kitchen or dining room and see a beautiful bottle dressed like this.
In this way you are not only decorating a simple bottle but you are also contributing to the care of the environment. Now you will have one more reason to keep those bottles and not throw them away.

Una botella de vidrio.
Retazos de tela.
Hilo y aguja.
Tiza.
Cinta gross y raso
Tijera.
Un botón grande.
Un poco de goma espuma.

Paso 1.
Para comenzar lo primero será tomar la tela en esta caso color blanca tipo muselina la cual es muy suave y estira un poco. Recorté un pedazo en forma de rectángulo, doble y cosi por el revés.

Step 1.
To begin, the first thing will be to take the fabric in this case white muslin type which is very soft and stretches a little. I cut out a piece in the shape of a rectangle, fold and sew on the wrong side.

Paso 2.
En este paso haré la base del vestido de la botella, coloqué la botella sobre la tela, marqué y recorté un círculo.

Step 2.
In this step I will make the base of the bottle dress, I placed the bottle on the fabric, marked and cut out a circle.

Paso 3.
Esta es un técnica muy sencilla para todas las personas que al igual que yo, se nos hace un poco difícil coser el círculo de tela a esta pieza.
introduje la botella en el vestido, quedando la parte revés por fuera para que al coser, la costura quede por dentro.
Comienzo a coser la base al vestido, de esta manera se me hizo fácil de coser y no tuve que descoser como en otras ocasiones😁
Finalmente cosi el dobladillo superior.

Step 3.
This is a very simple technique for all the people who, like me, find it a bit difficult to sew the circle of fabric to this piece. I put the bottle in the dress, leaving the wrong part on the outside so that when sewing, the seam is on the inside.
I begin to sew the base to the dress, this way it became easy for me to sew and I didn't have to undo it like on other occasions😁 Finally I sewed the top hem.

Paso 4.
Para hacer la margarita recorté unos trozos de cinta raso, doble un poco trayendo los extremos hacia el frente y les doy una pequeña vuelta para darle ese efecto punteagudo.
Con ayuda de la aguja e hilo los uni para formar una linda flor.

Step 4.
To make the daisy I cut some pieces of satin ribbon, fold a little bringing the ends to the front and give them a little twist to give it that pointed effect. With the help of the needle and thread, I joined them to form a beautiful flower.

Paso 5.
Para hacer el centro, tomé el botón y lo cubri con un poco de goma espuma y tela, en este caso de chemise para que le de ese efecto de porosidad.
También hice unas lindas hojas de tela verde y con la aguja e hilo le hice unas pequeñas venas para hacerlas un poco reales.

Step 5.
To make the center, I took the button and covered it with a bit of foam rubber and fabric, in this case chemise to give it that porous effect. I also made some nice green fabric leaves and with the needle and thread I made some small veins to make them a little real.

Paso 6.
Para forrar la punta de la botella, recorté un círculo de la misma tela blanca y con ayuda de la aguja y un poco de hilo, arruche y coloqué cinta gross para decorar.

Step 6.
To line the top of the bottle, I cut out a circle of the same white fabric and with the help of a needle and a bit of thread, I wrapped it up and placed gross ribbon to decorate.

Coloqué la flor en la parte del frente de la botella y cinta gross en la parte inferior, es así como ha quedado esta linda botella vestida y decorada con una linda flor margarita.
