Hello everyone,
My name is Sonia bethel and this is my introduction post.
I am a native of Ntigha Umuaro in obingwa local government in Abia State, I'm a young girl of 23 years old, am still single but hopefully i will get married someday.
Family history.
I came from the family of six including my mother and my father, I have two brothers and a sister who happened to be the one who introduced me on hive, she's my elder sister and our eldest in the family, she is the backbone and the bread winner of the family we don't joke with her.
My father in his 70s and his loves homesteading a lot, my mother also in her sisters loves homesteading so I can say that while growing up we were more of farmers in our house.
Education history.
I completed my primary school in the year---and started my secondary school in a close by secondary school in my village, but when I got a certain age my parents decided to change my school to the urban area where I will be able to get adequate education.
Life in the college wasn't easy because I was pretty little and there was a lot of bullies in my school then, but fortunately for me there were some female teachers who loved me and did not allow students to bully me so much.
I was a little bit intelligent because I always came second out of 70 students in my class, unfortunately due to life event I couldn't complete my secondary school but soon I will definitely do that.
Religion
I am a Christian and I love living by God's moral standard despite living in an environment where morals are low, immorality has become talk of the day among my age mate but I chose to be different because I know that it is also for my benefits if I remain morally clean.
Career.
After spending 2 years in the hospital with my elder brother I decided to go and learn how to make clothes and presently I am a fashion designer.
But there was no resources to sponsor me then so i got a POS job where i was able to make some savings that assisted me in paying for an apartment and also sponsoring my fashion designing career, i worked as a POS attendant for two years, that was the most difficult period of my life due to the insecurity we experience in my state.
I so much find joy in my career because when I see how I beautify people it gives me Joy, that has been my dream to make people look good, currently I'm able to make beautiful clothes for my mother and she always appreciates me for that.
Fashion designing is all about creativity you must be creative to make your job exceptional from what other people can offer yes it's all about needle work but there are some tips to make yours exceptional and that has been why my work stands different, even when people bring same style from other people I try to be creative and make sure that something different is seen in my work.
Fashion designing is also all about calculation yes if you don't know how to do your calculations very well you end up making clothes that are not the measurement of the owners and definitely no one will come to your shop again.
My works
How i came about hive.
My Elder sister @beauty197 has been on hive for a while now, whenever she comes home I always see her create content, she's always snapping pictures, and I kept on thinking why snapping so many pictures, but in few days of exploring hive I come to see why she always snaps a lot of pictures.
So I get to know about Hive from my sister @beauty197 yes she helped me see how I can use my skills on hive.
So she is the one that introduced me to hive.
While exploring have especially the #diyhub and needleworkmonday community I saw many content that impressed me so much and I decided to give it a trial and see how I can use my skill and impact positively on hive.
My personality.
I am a determined fellow, I don't easily give up in my because i have come to realize the fact that given doesn't help anything to get better.
I am always positive in life no matter how dark the road of life might seem and that is same with my sister, I hate lies and dishonesty of any type, tell me the truth and apologize than lying to get over your mistake.

My goal in life.
I have a goal in life I love my skill and I want to become more professional about it, so I have this goal of becoming more creative and more resilience so that I can be able to meet with standard people who will allow me make quality clothes for them also if possible I want to go to a fashion designing college where I can learn more theory on fashion designing skill.
My sister always tell me the importance of building myself because success is a journey and I have learned to always see how I can create more value to myself and that has helped me to be moving despite challenges of life.
My hive goal
@beauty197 have sounded great warning about original content, no plagiarism, and no recycling, so my hive goal is to bring more value to hive blockchain by creating original contents on daily basis engaging on people's content and gradually building my audience while I patiently wait for reward.
I'm ever ready to learn more about Hive and to know what to do to add more value to this awesome platform.
