Hello artisan friends and community @hivediy, it is a pleasure to greet you, wishing you an excellent and blessed weekend with family and friends, we are very close to the month of December, one of my favorites for its colorful decorations, family dinners and the commemoration of the birth of Jesus, on the eve of this important date, a series of events are being held in the city such as fairs, exhibitions, among others, with work made by artisans from the city and different municipalities of the state, this week has been very active in terms of expo fairs, today I share with you my visit and experience at the artisan and small entrepreneurs fair that took place in the city of Cumaná, in which there was a beautiful exhibition of manual work, especially in the area of clay and dolls, the dolls have a very particular style because they represent various characters from national and international show business; Among them are the singer and composer from Sucre, Luis Mariano Rivera and Gualberto Ibarreto. These dolls stand out for their caricature-like faces. In addition to those previously mentioned, there is the remembered Simón Díaz.
Hola amigos artesanos y comunidad @hivediy, es un placer saludarles deseando que tengan un excelente y bendecido fin de semana en unión de familiares y amigos, ya estamos muy cerca del mes de diciembre uno de mis favoritos por sus coloridas decoraciones, cenas familiares y la conmemoración del nacimiento de Jesús, en víspera de esta importante fecha, en la ciudad se están realizando una serie de eventos como ferias, exposiciones entre otros con trabajo elaborados por artesanos de la ciudad y diferentes municipios del estado, esta semana ha sido muy activa en cuanto a la realización de expo ferias, hoy les comparto mi visita y experiencia a la feria artesanal y de pequeños emprendedores que se realizó en la ciudad de Cumaná, en la cual hubo una hermosa exhibición de trabajos manuales especialmente en el área de arcilla y muñecos, los muñecos tienen un estilo muy particular pues representan diversos personajes de la farándula nacional e internacional; entre ellos se encuentran el cantante y compositor sucrense Luis Mariano Rivera y Gualberto Ibarreto, estos muñecos destacan por su cara en forma de caricatura, además de los anteriormente mencionados, está el recordado Simón Díaz.

In the ceramics or pottery area, the exhibit featured a varied selection of dishes and utensils for home decoration. The one I liked the most was the pumpkin. The finish and color of this beautiful work are very beautiful and lifelike. It was one of the most visited and the first to sell. Many people wanted to buy it, including my friend, but while we were browsing the tables, they had already bought it.
También el salsero Oscar de León, María Rodríguez, cantante y bailarina cumanesa, la internacional Celia Cruz, entre otros personajes locales, desde que vi estos muñecos llamaron mi atención por el aspecto de su cara que resalta las facciones y características de estos cantantes, por ejemplo, la muñeca de la la conocida Celia Cruz , destaca su peculiar sonrisa, Guallberto Ibarreto con su característico sombrero y Simón Díaz con las camisas a cuadro que solía llevar.
En el área de cerámica o alfarería, la exhibición contó con una variada muestra de platos y utensilios para decorar el hogar, la que más me gustó fue la calabaza, el acabado y color de esta hermosa obra es muy bonito y parece real, fue una de las que más tuvo visita y la primera que se vendió, muchas personas querían comprarla incluso mi amiga, pero mientras haciamos el recorrido por las mesas ya la habían comprado.
The dolls or cartoonish characters also had a great output, the talent of these artisans is amazing and their ability to represent in dolls the most well-known characters of national and international music, in addition to dolls and ceramic works, an exhibition was held with edible products made by hand; among them peanut butter, cocoa chocolates in different presentations, drinks prepared based on local products, among others, it was a nice exhibition where artisans demonstrated their skills to make the most of the resources of the region, in the company of my friend we visited the different stands and definitely the handcrafted works are very beautiful demonstrating the talent of each of these people, in terms of the preparation of food products we were able to learn about the different uses that cocoa, peanuts, coffee and the different fruits that are grown in the region can have, it was a nice experience to have visited this exhibition, where the creativity and talent of the artisans stood out with their incredible works.
Las muñecas o personajes caricaturesco también tuvieron una gran salida, el talento de estos artesanos es asombroso y su habilidad para representar en muñecos los personajes más conocidos de la música nacional e internacional, además de muñecos y trabajos en cerámica se realizó una exhibición con productos comestibles elaborados artesanalmente; entre ellos mantequilla de maní, bombones de cacao en diferentes presentaciones, bebidas preparadas a base de productos locales, entre otros, fue una linda exhibición donde los artesanos demostraron sus habilidades para sacar el máximo provecho a los recursos de la región, en compañía de mi amiga visitamos los difrentes stand y definitivamente las los trabajos manuales son muy hermosos demostrando el talento de cada una de estas personas, en cuanto a la preparación de productos alimenticios pudimos conocer los diferentes usos que puede tener el cacao, el maní, el café y las diferentes frutas que se cultivan en la región, fue una linda experiencia haber visitado esta exposición, donde resaltó la creatividad y talento de los artesanos con sus increíbles trabajos.

Hi @teknon, most of the characters are Venezuelan artists. Celia Cruz is a Cuban singer with a long international career. The ceramics exhibition was beautiful. I liked them all, but my favorite was the pumpkin.
